Marriott managed hotel is really good, the whole lobby is decorated in British style! The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, the guests are treated like family and can only speak English. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference.

To add, the hotel is incredibly convenient for visiting MIT, as it's within walking distance. Google Maps' walking directions aren't quite accurate and will take you on a roundabout route to the dome. I recommend navigating directly to MIT Chapel; the visitor center is right across from it. From there, you can easily cut through a building to reach the dome. Getting to Harvard is also easy, just take the Red Line subway. Once you exit the station, you're right at Harvard's red brick wall and main gate. You can also take the #1 bus, which will drop you off on the other side of the red wall and another gate. You could take the bus there and the subway back, avoiding retracing your steps. Overall, the hotel's location is great and very convenient for transport.

I only stayed one one night but the stay was a good as you can get. Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a new digital thermostat which made adjusting the temp much more precise, which has historically been an issue for me as a business traveler. I'll definitely be back for my next trip to Cambridge.

Fantastic breakfast, nice warm indoor pool, comfy beds. I did have some issues with being charged for things I didn't buy from the gift shop, but they took care of it immediately. Nice and close to the mall and convenient affordable option for day trips into Boston. Will definitely go back.

Hygienic: Overall clean and comfortable, although it is a dog-friendly hotel, there is no smell, very clean and comfortable. The hygiene of the bathroom is also very clean.

My fiancé, pup, and I had an amazing time at the Westin. We were greeted and taken care of very seamlessly. Their accommodation to allowing dogs made our stay so much less stressful. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are a great size. We were able to fit a large crate in the room with no issues. We will stay here again next time we need a hotel in the area!

The hotel is an ordinary Hilton hotel with some shopping districts around it, which is not bad. But the attitude of the counter staff is average. I forgot a pair of shoes in the hotel, and I called to ask for it at night, but I couldn't reply. If you find it, call me and let me know. If you can't find it, you won't be notified. It's been a day and I haven't received a notification. 🥲🥲🥲
