Cambria Hotel Boston Somerville
"The room is very comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant next to the lobby downstairs. There is free coffee in the morning. There is also a game room downstairs: there are billiards and very retro pinball machines. It is very suitable for family and friends to come out and play together! Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington
"A Nice Stay at Hilton My recent stay at Hilton was really satisfying. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, getting me checked in in minutes—they even gave me a heads-up about nearby cafes. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made every night’s sleep great. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for both browsing and work. The bathroom had fresh toiletries and a strong shower. The free breakfast spread didn’t disappoint—hot items like pancakes and sausages, plus fresh fruit and pastries. The fitness center had good equipment, too. Only a small issue: the elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours. But overall, Hilton’s solid service and comfort make it a reliable choice for any trip."
Holiday Inn Express CHELMSFORD by IHG
"Next to the highway, next to the highway, next to the highway. Say important things three times. If you don’t want to hear the sound of cars passing by your pillow, your pillow should be no more than three to five meters away from the car. Be careful! ! ! !"

Courtyard by Marriott Boston Cambridge
"Morning Mostafa This is May Chan from Hong Kong I checked into room 1409 at your hotel last Saturday. After my boyfriend finished showering, he was drenched from head to toe by water leaking from the ceiling. Attached is a video for your reference. It's clear the water was leaking from the toilet seat. As a world-renowned hotel with locations around the world, this shouldn't happen. Don't your staff clean the room before letting guests check in? Why still letting guests check in when the bathroom ceiling is so rotten? My boyfriend couldn't sleep at all Saturday night. His skin was so sensitive and itchy! He even had to buy medicine on Sunday morning. Our entire weekend was completely ruined by this incident . The funny thing is, when we complained to the front desk on Sunday morning, the hotel staff actually told us, "We've already changed your rooms and provided free parking as compensation." I'd like to ask: Isn't it reasonable to change our room? Why do they consider it compensation? I strongly urge you to refund our hotel fees as compensation. Best regards May"
