The house is in a central location for a variety of front range climbing areas including Boulder Canyon which is ~10 minutes drive away.In the winter, Eldora Mountain Resort nordic and Alpine ski centers are 5 miles up the road. When there is snow pack, you can back country ski, snow shoe, or play in the snow right out the front door.
