4-Star Hotels in Izmir

My wife and I stayed for one night. Check-in was very quick. They gave us excellent directions to our room. Our room had a sea view, and the hotel truly offers a magnificent view. It was genuinely a non-smoking room, which was important to us as neither my wife nor I smoke. We had messaged them after booking, and they arranged it accordingly. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was served with a sea view. We were very pleased with how friendly all the hotel staff we encountered were. The location is incredibly beautiful. If we ever find ourselves in Izmir again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel on April 1, 2026. We booked a triple room for approximately 8,000 rubles, including breakfast. The interior was ordinary, nothing special. The furniture was old, and we didn't feel comfortable in the room. The window overlooked the side of the building, and it was noisy outside in the evening. The breakfast spread was excellent! We really enjoyed everything, especially the delicious pastries with tea. It's rare to find sweet pastries in Turkish hotels. Oh, and I should add: there's no free parking at the hotel. We were offered to park our car overnight for 350 lira. It was a bit pricey, of course, but we had no other option. There was an incident with a phone; we forgot it in the room. But the staff reacted quickly and promptly returned it to us after we had already checked out.

Although it’s an old hotel, it’s clean and offers good service. Close to public transportation. Everyone from the hotel is helpful and can speak english except for the man from the reception I spoke with when leaving the hotel (his English is poorer than the rest). I trusted the hotel and asked him to call a taxi for airport. He told me it’s safe to use the taxi company that works with the hotel. Unfortunately, the taxi driver still took the longer route just to make more money from tourists. What a shame! The hotel should have taken better care of its guests.

However, **the price is slightly higher than that of hotels in the same area**, which is suitable for travelers who pursue quality. The only episode was that the room suddenly lost power on the first night of stay, and the room change process was a bit cumbersome, but the front desk responded quickly and upgraded the room type as compensation. Hotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out. Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.

The location is very good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Aegean Sea. It's also convenient to buy food nearby. The hotel service is very good. The breakfast fruit is very rich, but sometimes it's not fresh enough. The omelet I ordered was very good.

Great stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location close to the centre, big rooms with a huge bed, very comfy and good quality. If sensitive to traffic request a room facing away from the Main Street as windows aren’t the most noise cancelling. Great luggage store and free off street valet parking. Good breakfast selection nice and helpful employee’s.

The reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.

We stayed two nights The hotel location is good, at the city center, it is walking distance to Basmane Otogar (both metro and train) and local bus stop. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery shops. The room is new, spacious and clean. The bathroom is modern whereby its fittings are good and convenient. The front desk staff is helpful to advise transport information.
