GGuest UserLovely hotel very clean and calm and peaceful. Gym was smaller than expected and weights don’t go more than 20kg. Ac works great. The pillows were like balloons which wasn’t comfortable but overall stay was lovely.

TTuanzidesiyangyuanAccommodation for two adults and one child, with two 0.8m beds and a sofa bed. Both adults and child can sleep well. The room has kitchenware, a dishwasher, stove, and tableware, so you can cook simple meals yourself. Breakfast consists of Western and Arabic dishes.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the reception for arranging a shuttle bus to pick me from the airport in such a short notice.
The rooms smells a little bit moldy. The contact number on the APP is incorrect. I would appreciate any improvements around these two issues.

GGuest UserOther than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

GGuest UserI had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid.
Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room.
Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at.
The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile.
I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch
