"Очень понравилась гостиница, с дочкой отдыхали в номере студия, есть абсолютно все, что нужно, вся посуда, даже штопор), гладильная доска утюг, халаты, и очень хорошие тапочки. Все белье белоснежное и хрустящее, спасибо персоналу за чистоту и уборку, в ванной нет посторонних запахов, очень чисто, мне очень понравилось, вернёмся к вам снова. Рядом очень вкусная хинкальная, где вкусно готовят шашлык и хинкали, можно сходить на ужин, ещё и приятный бонус скидка 10% для отеля Mirror."

Guest UserAt the entrance to the hotel you are met by the reception staff, and that's where it all begins. The level of service and attentiveness to guests immediately tells you what awaits you. From the first minutes of your stay you feel like a special guest, they try to fulfill all your wishes. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

Guest UserI liked everything except the bed. Very soft for us (this is subjective minus, whom on the contrary will seem plus) But the 140cm bed width is objectively small. It is not a full-fledged double bed. I understand that the size of the Classic Standard room simply does not allow to put a big one. That's the problem. There's no problem in everything else. And the location of the apartment and furniture and the trimmings needed for comfortable accommodation are great. The cherry on the cake is the SPA complex. Bani - Russian, Finnish, moghelovaya and Hamam. The pool is 25 meters depth from 1m to 1.5m. Portier and staff are cautious and willing to help always. The spacious parking for cars, the crossroads store in the building and the proximity of the rope road complement the conveniences. We liked it, I hope we will come again.

Прекрасное расположение. Бесплатный подъем на высоту 960. Номер на двоих хороший, чистый, очень удобная кровать, хорошая шумоизоляция, но лишь одно кресло и отсутствуют чайные ложечки. Уборка ежедневная. Завтрак хороший. Персонал приветливый.

Guest UserWe have rested from 08.06.2026 year ! How happy I have chosen this hotel! Here everything is great, thanks to the staff 👍 very polite! In the room there is all necessary for accommodation, the cleanest bed is white! The view from the window is fascinating! There is a swimming pool with heating that was very pleasant as the weather was cool and the sea hasn't warmed up yet! The child was delighted with the swimming pool! There is a park nearby for walks, lots of different cafes and shops! There are also breakfasts in the hotel!!! Overall all super!

Для посещения оперы в горах, в рамках проходящего на Роза Хутор фестиваля классической музыки, решила остановиться в отеле Жрбелия.
У отеля отличное местоположение, есть собственный бассейн.
Мы приехали в отель в 14-30, номер был готов.
На мой вкус, номер отличный.
Не большой, но есть все необходимое, 2 кровати с великолепным постельным бельём, диванчик, стол, холодильник, кофемашинв, утюг, гладильная доска.
Косметика для душа - нет слов, запахи и качество выше всяких похвал.
В номере были тапочки, халаты, набор с зубному щетками. Если нужно что-то еще, по звонку на рецепшне все принесут.
Завтрак великолепен, есть все и на любой вкус.
У меня был день рождения и то, что отель поздравил меня сладким сюрпризом, было очень приятно.
Зона бассейна чистая, светлая. Приятно окунуться в воду рано утром, до завтрака.
На рецепшен можно купить трансфер до олимпийских объектов, где расположен пляж. Наличие билета на трансфер даёт возможность бесплатно пользоваться пляжем.
В следующем году забронирую этот отель еще раз на несколько дней, что бы погулять в горах без суеты и толпы.

It was necessary to stop at one, the requirement was convenience and price-quality ratio. Everything is very good. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, park, church. There was a room with a balcony, a huge balcony overlooking the Armenian temple! The room has everything you need, all hygiene products, kettle, dishes, iron and ironing board. The breakfast has plenty of everything, tasty, varied choice. There is a full set, lunch and dinner. We didn’t have time to go to our own swimming pool and hammam. If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!

До пятизвездочного отеля ему пока далеко. Но Персонал очень старается, вежливые, быстро решают все проблемы и вопросы. Спасибо администраторам Артуру и Зарине за доброжелательность и профессионализм.
Из плюсов отеля: вкусный завтрак шведский стол, хороший бассейн и открытый и закрытый. Уютная территория, гладильная доска и утюг в номере. Красивое лобби. Есть сейф и кофе-машина в номере - это конечно плюс. Есть халаты в номере и при необходимости их меняют.
Минусы: номера маленькие, нет стандартных номеров с двумя кроватями, только улучшенные. Все стандартные только с двуспальной кроватью. Спать на раскладном кресле за 8000 рублей за сутки - ну такое.
Маленькая ванная комната - как шкаф. Был запах из канализации. Номер неуютный, вид окно в окно к соседям.
Мебель дешевая, это видно.
Лежаков у бассейнов намного меньше, чем желающих на них полежать. Парные в «спа-центре» маленькие, но чистые. Дверь в женском туалете в спа полупрозрачная, это конечно интересное решение😂
В целом неплохой маленький отель. Но не пятерка.

Прекрасный завтрак, но ужин по системе Аля карт не понравился. Во -первых, долго ждать блюда, во - вторых, скудно и невкусно.
Странно, что не на ужине , не в спа не было музыки. Только у бассейна была нормальная лаунж музыка, которая периодически менялась на русскую попсу:(
Спа зона маленькая, лежаков мало, сауна хорошая. Не оказалось средства от ожога, не в спа, не на регистрации.
В целом отель понравился.

Very good that the registration bar is 24-hour. Because of the delay of the flight on May 7, they sat at the airport 8 hours, and the hotel arrived at 3.30 night. We were settled at once, the room on the 3rd floor. Without new repair, but everything is decent. Very good, luxurious breakfast, with alcohol even. Everything in this hotel is great, take no regrets.
