From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Excellent stay. Very clean, quiet, and in great condition. It offered everything one could want from an apartment; we lacked nothing. Paula and Inês provided an excellent, attentive, and friendly welcome. Good location, near Marquês metro station. It's easy to walk everywhere, just a short stroll downhill to reach the city center. One important point was the option to store our luggage until later, which was possible. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to Porto.

Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem.

This hotel is very comfortable, but it's hard to find due to the lack of clear signage at the entrance. It's very close to the subway station, but the surrounding area seems a bit sketchy, so it's probably best not to go out at night.
