It was an amazing experience while staying in Amihan Resort. As a Filipino, I am proud because I witnessed Bohol is one of the most tourist spot in the world. While staying in the resort, we noticed that we were the only Filipinos checked-in for 2 days. It was an evidence how famous the Bohol is. Our children were really enjoyed in the pool, not one but two pools because we can accessed to the Bathala Resort as well. Regarding the room, it was very comfortable and we felt the luxury of just cost-saving hotel. Overall, a prefect hotel for our family vacation in Bohol. Thank you Amihan Resort.

The hotel is great and very clean. We stayed in a ground floor sea view room, and you could see the sea right from the door. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too, and I think it's reasonably priced compared to Manila. The service charge is based on how much you spend. I ordered a watermelon juice that tasted like cockroaches – you should really pay attention when you're eating, especially for kids. I ordered it for my child, who is too young (3 years old) to taste the cockroach flavor. I took a sip and only then realized it. Thankfully, I stopped her in time, otherwise, there definitely would have been a problem. Since every restaurant is the same, you can't expect it to be as clean as your own home; you can't guarantee everything is spotless, so just be mindful. This hotel is good, and I personally think it's very suitable for a vacation with children because it has its own beach. The weather was sunny and beautiful, perfect for photos too.

This is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay in the single room at Only Seed Resort. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. All the facilities worked perfectly, and it was clear that the property is well taken care of. The staff were one of the highlights of my visit. They were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also really enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which was clean and inviting. I only stayed for one night, and definitely wished I could have stayed longer. I would gladly return and recommend Only Seed Resort to anyone visiting Bohol!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. My flight landed very early in the morning, and I reached the hotel around 7 AM. I had requested early check-in in advance and was fully prepared to pay for an extra night since I arrived so early. But the lovely receptionist told me it was completely fine and that I didn’t need to pay anything. She even offered me breakfast and surprised me with ice cream! The warm welcome really made my day. The hotel itself is charming. While I would clean a few areas a bit more deeply, the overall cleanliness is good—especially for the Philippines. Breakfast was simple but definitely enough to start the day. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Alona Beach, which was very convenient. Check-out is at 12 PM, which was perfect. I spent the morning relaxing by the pool, and when I was ready to leave, the receptionist arranged a ride to the airport free of charge. Thank you for the amazing service! I truly appreciated every moment of my stay. Highly recommended! 🌟

I could have stayed for another 4 days but I changed my hotel to another one instead, - here are few things make me not wanting to extend my stay: Before I go on the list, I need to clarify that this hotel does not give permission for TRIP to run the listing, as I was told by the staff. If you book this hotel via trip, then it is trip who books through agoda on your behalf. Be aware of this. If Trip ever say they will contact the property on your behalf, it is a lie. 1. It was extremely frustrating when communicating with the hotel staff. They are nice, and polite but not helpful and not reachable when needed, they would be very polite to say ”sorry” at every single basic request abd they would do nothing about it. And when calling reception from the room, there is hardly anyone answering the call 2. The hotel is not well equipped. 3.The breakfast is at MIST, but not served at the MIST standard, for example, considering the price of this hotel, not expecting to be given instant coffee for breakfast which gives people the shake.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location – close to the beach and the city center, yet set back from the main road. This means it's quiet and peaceful, but everything is still within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, and the linens and towels are clean. Hot water, a fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer – all the modern conveniences are there. Room cleaning is available upon request. The pool is clean, and the grounds are constantly maintained. Breakfast is à la carte and quite filling. There's a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but we somehow managed to get used to it. Everything else is very good for the price.

A fantastic experience! The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, offering views of both the mountains and the sea. It's also close to nearby attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage (there are many steps). The rooms were clean and tidy, which I was very satisfied with. The best part was that there were three different swimming pools in different areas, perfect for a family. Oh, and the owner even set up a cat café, which was a lovely touch.

The service at this hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Even before check-in, the staff were already responsive and helpful. Throughout my stay and even after, their level of service remained consistently impressive. I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. They even offered a complimentary breakfast as a gesture, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provides a range of convenient services such as arranging tuktuk transport and printing, which made my stay much easier. I also noticed thoughtful details in the room; slippers were provided, there were plenty of hangers and clean water was prepared for rinsing since the tap water is slightly salty due to its proximity to the sea. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐️👍🏻🤩

I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my recent stay. Firstly, I found the bed to be quite firm, to the point that it affected my comfort. Rather than feeling well-rested, I experienced some back discomfort. A more balanced or supportive mattress would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, it appeared that the hotel may be understaffed. When I required assistance with my luggage, there were no staff members readily available, despite the absence of an elevator and the presence of only stairs. I do, however, appreciate the effort of the room service staff member who kindly assisted me. Increasing staff availability, particularly for guest assistance, would be highly beneficial. Regarding breakfast, while the offering was satisfactory, the selection seemed limited and some items were not replenished promptly. More consistent refilling of food items would improve the dining experience for guests. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to further improving the quality of service and guest comfort.
