We have stayed here multiple times since 2010, back when the property was managed as apartments by COENS. It remains excellent value for money, offering great amenities for families, including an indoor children’s play area, BBQ facilities, outdoor seating, and a pool. The main drawback is that the apartments are showing their age and would benefit from refurbishment to restore them to their former standard. In terms of location, it is about a 10-minute drive to Okpo or a 30-plus-minute walk. There are no restaurants in the immediate area, and the return walk involves a very steep hill. If you plan to head into town for dinner or drinks, it is best to drive or take a taxi.

Pros - A 3-minute walk to Jangseungpo Port The view makes you forget the downsides! Cons - Since I was staying for consecutive nights, I requested cleaning in advance. I went out at 9 AM and returned around 3 PM, only to be surprised to find the room not cleaned! There were many people using the gym and sauna, but even though there are two elevators, only one was in operation, so I always had to wait. The staff at the 2nd-floor reception desk never greet guests, even when making eye contact! It was strange.

Very good location, quiet, great view. The rooms have everything you need.

Everything was fine, but I think the room was narrow for 4 people. It would be better if you set it so that the additional number of people is not added. There is no toilet bowl, and the mirror is too small with a shelf mirror, so it was uncomfortable.. The insect net has holes in several places, so I think you should look at your hands. And the parking space was spacious on the day I went, but it was narrow on the days when there were many other vehicles, so it seemed not easy to park or get out. The boss was so kind and nice.

Classy penchant. The hosts are good, good, always happy to help. The penchant itself is 250 meters from the beach. The beach is clean, a lot of tourists, but not loaded beach. The food in local cafes and restaurants is delicious. The hosts are welcome everywhere.

The room and spa are so good. The parking lot is spacious, it is good to take a walk in the sea right in front of you, and it was a good place to heal because you can see the open sea!!

진입로가 너무 위험했어요. 쪼금만 부주의하면 길 옆으로 떨어질정도로 길이 너무 좁고 키 작은 여성분은 앞이 잘 안보여요. 위치는 좋았어요. 지세포항도 가깝고 구조라해변은 걸어서도 갈 수 있고 외도 가는 유람선 타는것도 매우 가까웠어여. 서비스나 청결면에서는 괜찮고 시설이야 낙후된 면이 있지만 그런건 별 문제 없다고 생각합니다. 저렴한 가격에 잘 자고 왔어요
