We stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. I stayed in the 5th floor penthouse with a private terrace and great view. It is not ski-in ski-out but the bases are at walking distance in about 10 minutes. The check in is done at another sister hotel a bit of a uphill walk so take your taxi directly there on arrival.

Perfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc. The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities. It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area. They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

This hotel is super awesome and I am blessed that I booked this hotel. Their front desk staff are super kind and friendly and you can ask them all the questions you may have. The view from my room (Yama Shizen) is super super awesome and I can see snowing and nothing is blocked in front of my balcony. The hotel also can arrange free pick up and drop off at the Hirafu Welcome Centre which is also very near to the stay. They can also help to book bus for you to go to the New Chitose Airport. The room is also huge and very cozy and there is a washer/ dryer just in front of our room door and the dryer worked fantastically well. My kids really enjoyed the stay here where they can even play snow at the balcony inside the room. The surrounding is super lively and the convenient shop Lawson is also within walking distance for about 10 minutes. Everything is wonderful and I will surely come back here if I were to come to Niseko again in the future.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is really great. It is in the snow field. There is breakfast every day. The focus is on the Chinese counter. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.
