4-Star Hotels in Shimla

I recently stayed at . And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

Nice resort with good facilities for family. Pleasant staff and nice food.

there is an issue with the rats were playing all night in between roof and false sealing. it was very disturbing and not allowed to sleep you properly. Even after complaining for 3-4 times nobody cared and no action were taken. thisnis serious issue and need an immediate action to remove those rats. this will impact the hotel rating. It does not have any amenities and not even a restaurant to seat and have food. other services were good. Thanks.

Manager was polite and welcoming, staff was well mannered and cooperative room was cleaned and well lighted i find nice stay here im going to recommend this hotel to my friends also
