proses check-in cukup gampang, cuman sempat menunggu agak lama untuk konfirmasi dengan operator penyewaan unit. ukuran kamar cukup besar untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 anak kecil. anak anak suka dengan jacuzzi di balkon kamar. dan ada pantry kecil sangat membantu untuk menyiapkan makanan anak anak. lokasi cukup strategis, banyak cafe dan restaurant disekitar hotel.
