NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

GGuest UserWe were looking forward to our two night stay at the Mirimar hotel as we had heard some good things about it as a venue for weddings etc. Unfortunately our room was adjacent to fans outside so we had to keep the window closed at night. The floors were very squeaky and it was quite noisy during the evening time from above us. The bed was large but most uncomfortable. Too hard for us so we had to sleep on the duvet doubled over. The reception staff were really kind and pleasant to talk to and always acknowledged us when we passed by. Having said all that, the room was very clean if rather tired looking. Would we stay again? Probably not unless we could afford a suite overlooking the sea.

The only problem I felt here that I got a room at 2nd floor and I already mentioned that I have a baby, so it was very difficult to come down and go up again on the stairs with a baby and his stroller. I requested when I got to know that I have been given a room on 2nd floor but they still didn’t change my room, I also requested if they can change after 1 day (as I had a booking of two nights). There was only one fan in the room that was dirty as well, I had to request another one as we were 3 adults and there were two beds. In the amenities it was mentioned that the apartment come with an iron but that was not there, I had to request it separately. Although a spare table fan was provided later on and iron on the next day.
Overall, the flat was clean and well maintained, they just need to improve the service.

GGuest UserNice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

XXUERONGTwo problems are obvious. The first one I care about is that the bed is really uncomfortable. You can feel the hard spring in the bed with just a touch. I was woken up at five o'clock in the morning... Comfortable hotel bed All are better than this... Besides, the wifi is very poor, basically it is not enough to open any pictures on Weibo. Let’s talk about the so-called garden in that picture. It is very small. There are only three or four tables that can really relax. Other places are waste wood. For example, there is a big TV in the yard that can watch the World Cup, but the sofas are all crowded. Put them together, they are useless at first glance. Another example is the small glass house, which thought it was a sun room, but it was actually the stairs leading to the underground garage...and the swimming pool is really small and small. It's all a few years old children swimming. , And the water is dirty. Regret for two days, really want to change hotel

GGuest UserGreat location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite!
The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night.
I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic.
However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs.
The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep...
Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok
