The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is an authentic British meal, the hotel environment is quiet and green, there are no slippers, but there is always a smell coming out of the bathroom

Guest UserWe enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent.
Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep.
Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice.
We had tea and cake provided which was very nice.
Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good.
I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition.
Most staff efficient but not overly friendly.
Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space.
Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area.
Would stay again for sure.

Overall stay was nice in this apartments. The only problem I felt here that I got a room at 2nd floor and I already mentioned that I have a baby, so it was very difficult to come down and go up again on the stairs with a baby and his stroller. I requested when I got to know that I have been given a room on 2nd floor but they still didn’t change my room, I also requested if they can change after 1 day (as I had a booking of two nights). There was only one fan in the room that was dirty as well, I had to request another one as we were 3 adults and there were two beds. In the amenities it was mentioned that the apartment come with an iron but that was not there, I had to request it separately. Although a spare table fan was provided later on and iron on the next day.
Overall, the flat was clean and well maintained, they just need to improve the service.

Guest UserSuch a cute hotel, central and close to everywhere but the room could have been much cleanier. The view was remarkable and the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We have just come back from a lovely weekend stay at the Marsham.
The outdoor pool was a highlight, clean, warm and hours of fun! It was also a sun trap so lovely to sit around too.
Literally 5 min to the beach and another 5 to pavilion gardens, a fab location too.
In addition the staff were all lovely and helpful- they were smiley and happy to be there, which makes such a difference when you’re away (Odelia at the bar and the man who checked us in on Friday afternoon, we’re especially lovely.
Also the hotel had a lovely mix of ages, families and couples- the accessibility features for everyone were amazing- such an inclusive place.
Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!

Guest UserRoom was ok, couldn’t fault it, there was an inroom kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, sink, plates cups cutlery, for the price it’s actually decent value, breakfast available, it’s not Dubai, it’s bournemouth, not far off the beach like a 10 min walk. Room was very spacious, digital tv, ac works (very cold under the correct settings), car was parked right outside my room, smoking outside the room, it was actually a decent place to stay for £100,
if you want posh standard, go pay £300 for h!ltons. Bed was comfy as my misses had to drag me out for breakfast.
Pool was under construction so hopefully that gets sorted soon

The hotel is a bit old, domestic three-star level, but still clean and tidy. very quiet. It is about 100 to 200 meters away from the sea, which is very close, but it needs to go down a small slope of about 50 meters. The weather in July is still a bit cold, and it is impossible to go to the sea. The city is very small, turn right out of the hotel for about 1 kilometer and you will see the landmark of the Ferris wheel. It is not far to go to Old harry rocks and Durdle door within half an hour and 1 hour.

I have lived a few times because of the location.
Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time
Room size is small
Breakfast is so-so
Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs.
The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep...
Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok
