dAnIlEvTGreat value for the price, good location, and the breakfast is decent. While there isn't a lot of variety and some items repeat, the taste and quality are good! Everything is clean, and housekeeping is daily! The only downsides were the lack of slippers and toothbrushes.

Facilities: Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to France, this one felt the most like a modern five-star hotel back home in terms of its age and modernity. The facilities are quite modern, the decor is relatively new, and the style is aesthetically pleasing and well-thought-out. The only downside is that the rooms are small. In particular, we booked three rooms, and one of them was exceptionally tiny.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The cafe downstairs is beautiful, and the jar arrangements look exquisite. The gym's swimming pool offers a comfortable view of the sea on a sunny day.
Service: The front desk service was excellent and professional. We didn't really experience much else.
Location: The hotel's location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main shopping street and the steps of Cannes.
For the price, this hotel offers great value for money in Cannes. The overall experience was far more worthwhile than the Le Méridien in Nice. All aspects are well worth the price.

The apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport.
The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room.
Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus.
Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us.
Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building.
It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is literally next door to Cannes train station. Although Cannes is a small city, you don't really need to be that close to the train station, as the main shopping streets and beach is walkable from the station in 20 mins.
We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out.
The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats.

MariannamurHidden in the heart of old Cannes, Best Western Hôtel des Orangers Cannes feels like a little Mediterranean love letter. Between the sunlit terrace breakfasts, the peaceful garden, and sea-view rooms that glow at sunset, every corner whispers romance. Just a short stroll from La Croisette, yet wrapped in calm, it’s the kind of place where time slows down and evenings taste like wine, salt air, and stolen kisses. 🌺✨

I came here because of the Marilyn Monroe wall. The quality is about the same as a three-star hotel in China. It's next to the train tracks, so it's very noisy if you don't close the windows.
Facilities: Excellent, but the rooms are a bit small and the facilities are old.
Cleanliness: Okay, but the cleaning is rough.
Environment: Excellent location.
Service: Cleaning wasn't very prompt.

Shamin GholamiWe booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking.
Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
