4-Star Hotels in Donostialdea

Hotel is small but in a great location. Reception area is small and no lobby as such. Check in was quick and easy with hints and tips shared. Hotel smells amazing when entering. Room incredibly spacious and bathroom is a great size. Nice touch of a Dyson hairdryer if needed. Good selection in the mini bar and not too expensive.  Gym is small with 2 cardio machines, 1 weight machine and some dumbbells.  Bar area closed as 8 which was a shame as would have been nice to enjoy a drink outside although drink options limited.  5 minute walk from old town. I would recommend and stay here again

We come back every year. The location is fantastic and the hotel has a lot of charm. It's a shame that the breakfast quality is declining. There was a staff error, and they told us there were no plates available at the moment. After we finished, we noticed them bringing out eggs and omelets for other tables. We mentioned it to the staff, as these small details make all the difference.

The hotel is a villa with an old money style. The staff is warm and polite, highly professional, the facilities are very new, and the toiletries are diptyque. There is a bathtub and a shower room. Most importantly, there is your own parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the third beach. In short, everything is perfect except that it is a little expensive.

Located on a quiet street right in the heart of town, a few minutes walk to the old town and to the beach, this is a gem of a hotel, clean, modern and with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff are very helpful and attentive in multiple languages. One of the best recent hotel stays I've experienced. Thank you.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

A pleasant little hotel with generally helpful staff. I booked a room with a balcony on trip.com, but it wasn't available. If this is a concern, please let me know in your preferences.

The hotel is in the suburbs. A bit remote. It's not very convenient to go to the supermarket. But the hotel has its own restaurant and bar. There is a local restaurant about ten minutes' walk away, which is also OK. The swimming pool is not big, but the atmosphere is good. The bed in the room is also very comfortable. It meets the four-star standard. Generally speaking, it is suitable for people who drive themselves to stay overnight.

Conveniently located near the beach, within walking distance to the Comb of the Wind and Mount Igueldo Funicular. It was clean and quiet, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor of the hotel, and small shops and restaurants right next door. Apart from the slightly small room, everything else was perfect.

The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful

It was a pleasant stay, parking is free and easy scross the road which is a bonus. Although this place is attached to another hotel which is much more impressive, it makes you jealous you are not there!
