Kind and attentive hotel staff, good breakfast, large and comfortable room, blackout curtains, super location: arrived at the station and from the station you can go to the airport, nearby is the center and the cool Bach Museum, shopping center and the best shops. The only thing, I would still like a kettle in the room and the pillows are strange, some thin and there are only two of them, slept on two at once, put them on top of each other)) I really liked the hotel! Close to train station and zoo, room to the backyard and quite spacious, has fully equipped kitchen, but no hoover, with warning that one shall not produce smoke/steam, as the detector is directly connected to the fire station, and warms about fine it would cause. Need to clean the kitchen, otherwise fine 50 euro. Cleaning team needs better briefing and communication. Room door was opened by cleaning staff twice before check out time. Free tea and coffee available at nice lobby lounge.

We are super satisfied because we got a call from the hotel at first saying the room type I booked were out and couldn't fit my family. Trip.com later upgraded my booking and resolved the problem. We had a nice and spacious 2 rooms, with 1 dinning room, and 2.5 baths. Location is good, shopping mall, restaurants are around. Nice and decent hotel. Breakfast choice are good as well. Strongly recommend.

It was lovely there. Pleasant room. The rooms are quiet. The service is super friendly. There's something for everyone at breakfast. We would book this hotel again.

Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training. I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

The room was okay. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, and the fan in the room was very loud. With the window open at night, you could hear everything from the street and the tram. It's not really recommended in the summer for anyone wanting comfortable temperatures and/or peace and quiet while sleeping. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection, good coffee, and egg dishes. The reception and check-out were very friendly. The welcome included a drink, chocolates, and a map in the room. A late check-out (one hour past the allotted time until noon) would have cost €35. The location is good, a maximum 5-10 minute walk to the main train station and city center.

Excellent location, great amenities, and an amazing rooftop terrace with views of the Opera House, University, and the Gewandhaus. We were even able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. There's also an underground parking garage (The Post) conveniently located directly beneath the hotel.

 The hotel's service staff is very good and will try their best to answer passengers' questions. Although the hotel is in the city center, it is very quiet and suitable for sleep. A large bed in the double room is relatively wide and sleeps well.

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining. We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable. The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean. Staff were efficient and professional. We had to leave early for our flight the gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend
