4-Star Hotels in Prague

The team made a fantastic impression from the start with prompt and efficient email communication prior to arrival. I do let them know I’m taking the red-eye flight to Prague in advance. On my first day, I was able to leave my luggage directly at the property. The staff not only prepared my room ahead of schedule for an early check-in, but also transterred my luggage to the room and gave me a delightful complimentary room upgrade! The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their hard work. The thoughtfulness and professionalism of the staff embody hospitality at its finest.

Excellent location if you're going to a concert at the O2 Arena, which is right across from the hotel. A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, and a breakfast with a wide selection. I recommend it 100%, and we'd love to come back. It must be even better in the summer since the the hotel is shaped like a coliseum and has a beautiful garden terrace inside.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I really liked it! The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, and the room is clean and spacious. However, the staff were quite indifferent. It was also a bit inconvenient to contact the hotel beforehand when I needed to. But the great location and room size make up for these minor drawbacks.

This is my second time in Prague, and this time, with my family of four (my 20-year-old sister and 13-year-old brother), we chose this hotel for a two-night stay, and the experience was excellent! 👍🏻 I heard it only opened in 2025, but it was generally clean and well-equipped. The apartment is just a few steps from Havel's Market and Wenceslas Square. It's a 2-minute walk to Mustek Metro Station and 5 minutes to the tram stop. Plus, most other popular attractions are within a 20-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! 👍🏻 A heads-up: The apartment doesn't offer luggage storage. You'll need to find a storage point or locker nearby (definitely AVOID the Old Town Square one! I found this storage point on a small travel app, and it was a total rip-off! You have to carry your luggage up stairs to store it, and it was ridiculously expensive – 31 Euros for 4 bags!). Also, the apartment clearly states check-in is at 3 PM, and they're strict about it, not even a minute earlier, which is a bit inflexible. This is my first time writing such a detailed review on Trip.com, but it's genuinely a great place, and I wanted to share it with fellow Cantonese speakers. 😂 Hope this helps you avoid some pitfalls! Bathroom: Comes with towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer is new and works great! 👍🏻 Kitchen: Open-plan, with a stove, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. 👍🏻 Everything was very clean – definitely a big thumbs up! 👍🏻 Room: I chose a room type with one double bed and one sofa bed, which was perfectly sufficient for a family of four. The only minor drawback was the sofa bed; it was just average, with the mattress sagging in the middle, making it not very comfortable to sleep on. On another note, it has air conditioning, and it was cool enough during my stay in early August. The A/C vent is interestingly located by the window. If you sleep on the sofa bed, you won't feel hot. If you sleep on the double bed in the main room, it might be slightly less cool, but certainly not hot or stuffy. I'm not sure how much it costs during the off-season, as I booked very late, and it was peak summer. This time, it cost just over 2000 HKD per night. For that price and the accommodation quality, I think it was worth it. The most important thing is to be comfortable, right? I almost forgot the most important thing: the apartment has an elevator!

I stayed in a shared bathroom/toilet, 6-person female-only room. The room was messy with luggage from guests staying multiple nights, and the shared shelves were full. It seemed like there was also luggage from people who had already checked out. I thought it would be good if there were designated personal spaces around each bed, in addition to shared storage. Underneath the bunk bed, there's a personal shelf that can be locked. Make sure to bring a small padlock. A small one is fine. However, my wide suitcase couldn't fit in it. I only put valuables inside. The second floor bunk offered complete privacy with curtains, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The first floor bunk was a bit awkward as the stairs area didn't have a curtain, making it visible from the outside. If this bothers you, I recommend bringing something like a towel or clothing to hang inside for more privacy. The most troublesome aspect was the shower. Being shared, it got crowded, and it was a real hassle having to constantly go check if it was free and then return to my room. Using the hairdryer and toilet also required consideration for others. The plan with a shared shower and toilet within the room would definitely be the easiest option.

Hotel location is good, very close to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, although the room is small but can meet the demand, like hotel breakfast, especially fruit. Service attitude is also good, borrowed the adapter at the front desk, haha

Everything was good, I just didn't like having to change buildings for check-in and go to the room, and then do the same for breakfast. The room lacks power outlets for charging electronic devices. Clean, but I didn't like the pillows. The staff was generally unwelcoming. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a little more.

The hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night. The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV. The washing machine and dryer is free of charge only need you to stay awake for the long cleaning cycle, do bring your own detergents. I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency. Staying at the hotel also grant you 10% discount to the Wellness Center on basement - do give it a try, it relaxes you on a long journey . Overall I like the stay on Mamaison and do not regret my choice of stay in Prague with this hotel.

Aside from the entrance not being very noticeable, everything else was great. The location was excellent, the room facilities were great, and the bathroom was great too.
