GGuest UserThis was my favorite hotel during my summer trip to Lingnan. I saw the room pictures when booking and loved the decor, so I decided to stay. After checking in, I realized it was part of the Huazhu Club. The quality is excellent! The service is fantastic! This will definitely be my top choice for future travels!

The rooms have separate wet and dry areas, are spacious and comfortable, and the toiletries are of very good quality, showing attention to detail. The breakfast is very plentiful and well-prepared. During this business trip, I found parking convenient, and although located in a bustling area, it felt very quiet and comfortable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, which is good. 3 complaints: 1. The switch setting in the room is simply inhumane. The bedside can only be turned off. After waking up, I didn't turn on the light. I had to go to the TV in the dark to turn it on. I stayed in so many hotels, but I didn't expect to find the switch in the dark for a long time! 2. The shower in the room is leaking. I came out wearing a bath towel and called the front desk, but the human could never get through. I called no less than 10 times, and each time I got through, I hung up. I had no choice but to bite the bullet and continue to use the shower with two water sprays. 3. I sweated all over when I ate breakfast at the buffet. It was the first time I sweated all over when I had breakfast in a hotel. There were not many people at breakfast, but the air conditioner was not cold. Then the variety was average, and there was not even an omelette. I asked for a bowl of noodle soup. I didn't know if I didn't hear or didn't understand Mandarin, and there was no response. I saw the person next to me speaking Cantonese and it worked, so I switched to Cantonese and got a response immediately. It is known as the best hotel in Yangxi. Are the people of Yangxi more tolerant?

食食八方The hotel has a great location, close to the North Nova Secrets scenic area, and the beach is right downstairs. There are also BBQ and mud-baked chicken restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and spacious, and my friends were very satisfied. The best part is that there are electric scooters for rent downstairs for only $38 per day, which makes it very convenient to get around. This was my first stay at a Lavande hotel, and I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel environment, room size, hygiene, and service are all very good, and parking is also convenient. The only drawback is the buzzing sound of the equipment running. Some rooms have loud noises and some have low noises (from the 11th floor to the 8th floor), which affects the sleep. The free bottled water after check-out is worth a thumbs up.

These past two days of comfort and quality sleep were thanks to the Element Hotel, while the children's enjoyment of the beach and marine activities was a joy thanks to all the attractions on Hailing Island. Eericmak729The room was clean and tidy. The sheets were dry and not damp when I checked in. The view was great, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The TV projection was convenient! There was also a self-service laundry room! The breakfast was quite good. Although there wasn't much choice, it tasted good. The lighter breakfast was more appetizing than the buffet breakfast. It was a good value for money!

GGuest UserRight along the ocean with ocean views. Good housekeeping service. Breakfast had a good variety. The facility is a bit dated. Hallway curtains were yellow and cigarette smells can be smelt faintly throughout the hotel. Our booking included an afternoon tea set, which was nice; however, you have to claim the coupon every day on your own initiative. They won't just hand you the coupon for every night of stay upfront. I think they're trying to cut costs. Same goes for the tickets to the nearby Scenic Area that requires tickets to enter. This is a great local to view the sunrise; there's even a rooftop platform for viewing.

GGuest UserThis time I traveled all the way to Yangjiang. I like the seaside. I got off the train and took a taxi directly to Hailing Island. I chose a hotel near the sea, Yangjiang Guanhua Hotel (Hailing Island Dajiaowan Branch). As soon as I entered the front desk, Xiao Zhou received us and helped us check in. Xiao Zhou's service was very enthusiastic and upgraded to a sea view room for free. The room was large, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The environment was also great. You could see the sea outside the window. It felt very comfortable to live there. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. I was very satisfied with the service attitude! 👍👍👍Special thanks to Xiao Zhou. Great service and patient answers! Thank you 🙏👍🌹

The cleanliness is outstanding; my friend, who is a germaphobe and very particular about bedding and toilet hygiene, inspected the room thoroughly and found absolutely no flaws.
