4-Star Hotels in Rizhao

Hello, I was travelling to Rizhao far from Indonesia. So, it’s better to stay in a good hotel. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

My stay was simply perfect! From the warm and attentive reception at the front desk to the prompt and responsive room service, every single detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The location was also very convenient, making it incredibly easy to get around. I'll definitely make this my top choice for future visits!

The hotel upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was large and clean, and the front desk had warm bottled water available, which was a thoughtful touch. They were also very helpful and responsive when I asked them any questions. The hotel is right across from MixC shopping mall, which is very convenient. The complimentary rooftop rainforest tickets were also a nice touch, and my child loved them. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I come to Rizhao.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel tried its best to accommodate all our requests during check-in, and breakfast was generally good. The hotel's location is also excellent. My only minor complaint is that when I booked, I specified two adults and one child, but they only provided two pairs of slippers and two toothbrushes. However, after a quick call to the front desk, they were delivered promptly. Still, I'm happy with our stay.

The room facilities were new, the double bed was 2 meters wide, and the washbasin, shower room, and toilet were all spacious. However, due to the hotel's recent opening, there was still a slight smell of renovation. The breakfast environment was very nice, and the selection was quite varied. The sea sand noodles were a local specialty and tasted good. Some buildings in the surrounding area are still under construction, and there was some construction noise in the morning. One of the roads leading to the hotel currently has no streetlights, which was a bit inconvenient for us at night. I believe this will improve once the surrounding construction is completed. The front desk service was good, and parking at the hotel was convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

The location was great. The check-in didn't go well. We arrived earlier than check-in time. Instead of making us wait until our room is ready, they gave us another room which has not been cleaned at all! They didn't believe us when we went back down, they told us like 3 minutes later, that the room is clean now -no way. Instead of sending us up and down to a totally messy room, they just should have made us wait in the lobby until it was ready. Whenever we had a question and went down to the reception (because I feel more confident talking Chinese in person than on the phone) nobody at the reception took notice of me. I waited a bit and had to make them acknowledge me. To me, the service was not sufficient. The night-shift reception lady was friendly tho, she helped me to order porridge bc my friend didn't feel well.

The staff could speak enough English to communicate. The front desk, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly. The breakfast was 90% Chinese, which means the only Western option was cereal. The hotel's location to the beach is excellent. The resort is lovely until you reach the beach. This beach was a big disappointment. Extremely dirty with lots of trash that washed up on the beach. I would NOT come again

Very good experience, here is a restaurant on the first floor, very clean, the second floor is the lobby, the hotel gave us a free upgrade to the parent-child suite, the room is large and clean, any problems can be solved immediately, it is also close to the surrounding attractions, driving is very convenient, parking is free, there is also an Olympic Water Park next to it, there is a building with a big torch, you can catch a lot of jellyfish there, the roadside sells them for 15 each, it is better to catch them yourself, I will come again next time, it is a city suitable for catching the sea

The first time I took my child to stay at this hotel, the stay experience exceeded expectations, the price is super high, the front desk check-in is very fast, the room environment is also very good, clean and tidy, the room is very quiet, the child is hungry at night, there are shopping malls and supermarkets around the hotel and various snacks, It is more convenient for friends who go out to travel with children, and I will choose this one next time.

Hotel location not bad as it's not far from the high speed train, but there are not much other facilities near the hotel. Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name: 1. The shower is very weak 2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!
