FFelix AlbusThe hotel is in a good location, with a shopping mall next door and more choices for dining. There is an underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The front desk will ask if you are driving, and register your license plate to avoid parking fees. The decoration is old, but it is clean and tidy, and does not affect the use and comfort. The staff have good service awareness. It was raining outside when checking in, and they also served hot tea👍. I will stay again.

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. This hotel is very close to Xiaoxitian Temple. We followed the manager's instructions and rode a shared e-bike there, which took about 8 minutes. Shared e-bikes are very convenient.
As for the hotel's amenities, Xiaodu basically takes care of everything. The room is fully automated, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
As for the breakfast, it's a small town, so it can't compare to big hotels, but it was still good, and the wontons were delicious.
As for the staff, be sure to pick up the little card they provide when you arrive; it's very helpful and personable. By the way, if you can see the manager, add him on WeChat for an even better experience. He'll send you some very helpful messages.
They also have a large parking lot, and valet parking is also available, which is very convenient.
Another great place, recommended by the owner, is Ma Shi Restaurant across the street. The food is delicious and generous.
In short, the service is exceptional, beyond what you'd expect from a small town.

CcutaThis is the best and highest-rated hotel in Jixian. We made a last-minute detour to stay here for a night after taking a wrong turn on the way to Hukou Waterfall. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are also very nice, and the breakfast is substantial. Highly recommended!

He was super helpful and immediately arranged a whole breakfast from the kitchen, which was delivered to my room by a robot. I felt much better after eating. The service and care here are absolutely top-notch 👍. I'll definitely book Wanda again for my next business trip!

GGuest UserThe entire hotel is located in an ancient village. It rented a courtyard at that time. It has three bedrooms and a tea room. It is very comfortable to stay. The chicken hotpot is very fresh and delicious. The location is relatively remote and you can only drive by yourself. It is about an hour away from Hukou Waterfall and Xiaoxi Tiandu.

DDanniiRoyalton Hotel improved my overall experience in Linfen! I was surprised by the robot delivering food to the room. It may be very common in hotels now. For someone like me who came from a village, it was really eye-opening and I thought it was amazing!
Hygiene: It feels clean and hygienic.
Environment: It's very lively at night. You can hear dynamic square dance songs in the room until about 9 o'clock. There is a bus stop 20 meters away from the door. The buses in Linfen are a walking landscape. I tried it and it was very good.
Service: The front desk service is polite and patient!

QQiangqiangmaoerThis is the best night to stay in Shanxi. When it rained at night, the waiter braved the rain to carry our luggage. The few hotels I stayed in before did not have such a sense of service. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast time was longer. At 10:00, we came back from Xiaoxitian in the morning and could catch up with breakfast. It was a great surprise. Because it is not convenient to bring the elderly home to play Xiaoxitian, the two young ladies at the front desk took the initiative to pack breakfast to the elderly home to the room, the service was very intimate and thoughtful. When I left, I also sent mineral water and small snacks. If I have the opportunity to come to Jixian next time, I will stay here!

AAnonymous User散客入住的話需要謹慎，工作人員説他們酒店大部分都是接旅行團的，很少有散客。所以如果時間趕的不對的話，坐電梯和吃早餐都是很大問題。我們第二天早晨等電梯下樓就等了十分鐘。
設施比較老舊，電梯慢，網速很慢，衞生間地漏反味嚴重，隔音一般。但設施還比較齊全，該有的都有。
保潔人員問題最嚴重，入住第二天晚上回來發現房間根本沒打掃，後來前台讓進來打掃她還一臉懵：“你是要打掃房間？”難道你們酒店沒有這項服務？？另外坐電梯的時候保潔推着車就搶進去了，住客等了半天衹能再等下一趟。感覺完全沒經過培訓的樣子。
門卡會收10塊錢按金。
優點是酒店員工都很熱情，有問題能及時溝通解決，在攜程選的房型升級也體驗到了。加的一床被子很快送到了房間。晚上會提供小米粥和小吃。
停車場很大，還有地庫，自駕停車友好。（但是第二天發現車門被塞了小廣告！差評！）
