FFelix AlbusThe hotel is in a good location, with a shopping mall next door and more choices for dining. There is an underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The front desk will ask if you are driving, and register your license plate to avoid parking fees. The decoration is old, but it is clean and tidy, and does not affect the use and comfort. The staff have good service awareness. It was raining outside when checking in, and they also served hot tea👍. I will stay again.

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warm and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable—I slept soundly until morning! The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was superb. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It's incredibly cost-effective and definitely the top choice for business or leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again!

Eembrace3344We stayed in a room with a king-size bed of 1.8 meters. The room was very clean and tidy. The bedding smelled fresh and you could tell it was new and hadn't been used by anyone. The smart home in the room was good and very sensitive. The water pressure was very strong and comfortable. When we arrived at the hotel, someone helped us take our luggage, which was a great feeling. However, when we left, we had the same amount of luggage and the guy was too busy to help us carry it. It was as if he had made the money and didn't want to care about us anymore. 😂 We stayed on the 4th floor. I don't know if it was renovations upstairs or downstairs, but it was a bit noisy. We got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to go to Xiaoxitian and wanted to come back for a nap at 10 o'clock, but the noise kept us awake. We were also woken up by a truck on the road at around 5 o'clock in the morning. Overall, it was pretty good. It's only 1 kilometer away from Xiaoxitian Scenic Area and you can walk there.

GGuest UserThis trip to Shanxi, the hotel that surprised me the most. Although it is a small county, the sanitation is impeccable, and the room is clean and tidy. Parking is convenient and equipped with charging piles, which is too friendly to self-driving tourists. CcutaThis is the best and highest-rated hotel in Jixian. We made a last-minute detour to stay here for a night after taking a wrong turn on the way to Hukou Waterfall. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are also very nice, and the breakfast is substantial. Highly recommended!

2218443****I got drunk at a work dinner last night and woke up past 10 AM, missing breakfast. I called the front desk and asked the guy there if I could get some fruit.
He was super helpful and immediately arranged a whole breakfast from the kitchen, which was delivered to my room by a robot. I felt much better after eating. The service and care here are absolutely top-notch 👍. I'll definitely book Wanda again for my next business trip!

GGuest UserIt was the quietest night I stayed in during my trip. I never expected that there would be such a B&B in the valley of Shanxi. There is also a restaurant open at 9pm. Although the staff have not received long-term training, you can see the simple folk customs of farmers from them. The room furnishings and supplies are comparable to those of homestays in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The scenery is indeed a unique valley style in the north. Not far away are some cultural relics in the village and the ruins of old cave dwellings. The evaluation of picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence and seeing Nanshan leisurely is also in line with

GGuest UserUpon check-in, I discovered it was a brand under Huazhu Hotels Group. The hotel's decor was relatively new, and the rooms were spacious and clean, reflecting the Huazhu Hotels Group style. The female staff were all warm and polite, proactively offering assistance during check-in and check-out, making me feel welcome; the service deserves high marks. The hotel offers free laundry facilities and a gym, among other amenities, making it quite well-equipped. The bathrooms provided conditioner, and bottled water was free—these are all pluses. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but the taste could perhaps be improved. Also, a power outlet near the sink was partially detached and should be repaired promptly. Transportation is very convenient, about a 20-minute drive from the airport. Overall, it's a good hotel, living up to its rating.

AAnonymous User散客入住的話需要謹慎，工作人員説他們酒店大部分都是接旅行團的，很少有散客。所以如果時間趕的不對的話，坐電梯和吃早餐都是很大問題。我們第二天早晨等電梯下樓就等了十分鐘。
設施比較老舊，電梯慢，網速很慢，衞生間地漏反味嚴重，隔音一般。但設施還比較齊全，該有的都有。
保潔人員問題最嚴重，入住第二天晚上回來發現房間根本沒打掃，後來前台讓進來打掃她還一臉懵：“你是要打掃房間？”難道你們酒店沒有這項服務？？另外坐電梯的時候保潔推着車就搶進去了，住客等了半天衹能再等下一趟。感覺完全沒經過培訓的樣子。
門卡會收10塊錢按金。
優點是酒店員工都很熱情，有問題能及時溝通解決，在攜程選的房型升級也體驗到了。加的一床被子很快送到了房間。晚上會提供小米粥和小吃。
停車場很大，還有地庫，自駕停車友好。（但是第二天發現車門被塞了小廣告！差評！）
