The living environment was peaceful and serene, with a Zen-like ambiance. They even offered afternoon tea.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the scenic area so it is a little tricky to get to, otherwise it's in a nice quite ancient street which is nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan china. Vehicles aren't allowed in the area and the street is lined with historic style buildings and large trees. Making it a great place to walk, relax and people watch. The hotel will contact you prior to arrival and arrange for a free electric shuttle pick you up. There are very few food options at and near the hotel. The hotel has a vegetarian set meal that's on the pricey side as is everything in the immediate area. However its a short 10 - 20 minute walk across the bridge where there are several options as well as shops. And if you go in the evening you can see the people dancing in along the boardwalk,.karaoke, or playing cards well as get your ears cleaned, a pedicure, or a haircut. The breakfast was a buffet on one day featuring chinese dishes as fried eggs and toast. On the 2nd day it was a set very traditional chinese breakfast. The room was nice with its own heating/ cooling system. Overall the cleaning could have been better, especially for the price point. The staff was fine. Better attention then you would get in any north american hotel, but in other hotels we recieved over the top service so even through the service was great there is room for improvement. Even though everyone comes to this area for the buddha, i would reccomend coming here to get away from the hustle and bustle of china. You can walk to the buddha statue or boat tour from the hotel or there is a cheap electric shuttle 15y that you can ride all day of you are walked out.

WWushinianStayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The hotel is quite close to the train station and Suji Ancient Town, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. It's a bit further to the Grand Buddha, about a 20-minute drive. Jiaxing Road, a bustling food street, is right outside. I highly recommend trying the Shredded Chicken and Crispy Pork Combo from Xiaodou Haitang, the Brown Sugar Rice Cake from Xu Liang Gao, the Spicy Bobo Chicken from Dongdong Bobo Chicken, and the Sweet and Sour Spicy Potatoes from Wang Liuniang Bobo Chicken. All are within walking distance, and you absolutely must give them a try! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They proactively upgraded our room to a deluxe king-size bed room, and also asked if we minded a room at the end of the corridor, as well as advising on how to adjust the air conditioning to reduce noise. Upon checkout, they even offered us two bottles of water for our journey. On our last night, we wanted some ice for drinks. We enquired and were told we could get ice from the 2nd floor. When we went there, a staff member filled a large bucket for us to take back to our room. The hotel's facilities are also excellent. On the 10th floor, there's a gym with treadmills, elliptical machines, and dumbbells. Right opposite the gym is the laundry room, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers, which was generally sufficient. If guests couldn't pick up their laundry promptly after washing, the staff would sometimes proactively help put it into laundry bags and set it aside. Breakfast each morning was quite varied, and the coffee machine offered a good selection of drinks. It was a bit difficult to get the best cuts of the Sweet Skin Duck, probably because earlier guests had already taken them. Similarly, if you went later for the Bobo Chicken, there wouldn't be much variety left, and the taste wasn't as good as what you'd find outside. I had hoped they would offer Leshan's specialty Tofu Pudding, but it wasn't available, which was a pity. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. If only Leshan's summer wasn't so hot, this trip would have been even better.

GGuest UserAfter a long, intensive hike at Emei Shan, I chose this hotel to recharge—and it was one of the best decisions of my trip. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, while the dinner menu showcased a fine balance of local flavors and international cuisine. The hotel’s amenities were equally outstanding. The spa provided a serene escape with world-class treatments, and the pool area was a peaceful oasis complete with attentive service. The fitness center was also well-equipped and clean. What truly set this hotel apart was its ability to combine elegance with genuine hospitality. MM307094****Our stay here was very comfortable, and we always choose this hotel whenever we visit Mount Emei. The kids' play area is great for an hour of fun. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which had a fantastic view. Our child absolutely loved soaking in the hot springs – they were very clean and didn't have that strong sulfur smell, which was a big plus. After a relaxing soak, we enjoyed sleeping in, it was just perfect! Our child really liked it, and we'll definitely book here again next time. Plus, it's only a 10-minute drive to grab some delicious fried skewers and Qiaojiao beef!

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

Environment: It's just a few minutes' walk from Jinding, which is very convenient. The decor is quite trendy, and the hotel organizes many activities in the evenings. Service: Before check-in, they kept calling to remind us about the cable car and shuttle bus times. When we checked in, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They provided a lot of information, including offering assistance for altitude sickness. They even upgraded our room! We were so happy to get the scenic room we initially couldn't book online. Breakfast: Simple but satisfying. Getting a hot meal on the mountain top was already a great pleasure.
