This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

Handan, an ancient capital whose name hasn't changed in 3000 years, boasts a rich history and culture, with an ancient charm permeating the entire city. The local snacks are also delicious – it was a trip well worth taking. Upon checking into the hotel, I was hot and thirsty. The young lady at the front desk immediately brought me iced coffee and some snacks. Her service attitude was excellent. The next day, when I was heading out, she enthusiastically recommended some attractions. Definitely a five-star review! All in all, my stay was fantastic.

The first impression of the hotel environment was excellent, the space was spacious and transparent, the lighting was soft and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. And the sanitary details are impeccable and everything is very clean.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to Chunmanyuan and Meilecheng. The staff are incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk and engineering teams. They were very prompt in addressing any issues, and even though we encountered a minor problem, their response was quick and they resolved it efficiently.

The environment is fantastic; the hotel is nestled in a quiet spot despite being downtown, with an elegant courtyard. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a truly restful sleep. Breakfast was incredibly rich! Both Chinese and Western options were available, with hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, noodles, fruits, and desserts – everything you could want. You could even find local specialties. The choices were abundant, and I ate until I was completely satisfied. Dining was super convenient! The hotel has its own restaurant, and if you order at lunchtime, the food can be delivered directly to your room. The taste was great, and delivery was fast – perfect for lazy guests or business travelers. There's a large, independent parking lot with plenty of free spaces, so parking is never a concern. The service was attentive throughout! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding quickly to requests and paying attention to details, making me feel right at home. Great environment, excellent breakfast, convenient dining, easy parking, and impeccable service – the value for money is off the charts! This is a must-stay when you're in Handan. Traveling with kids, my top priority is hygiene, and this place was just okay. Especially the shower – the glass door and the floor had a big gap, so a lot of water would leak out onto the bathroom floor when showering. I constantly had to remind my kids not to slip! The breakfast, though, was great! Lots of variety, and everything tasted good. We stayed for 3 consecutive days, and the dishes were different every day, which was a big plus! The location is also quite good. It's super easy to hail a taxi right outside, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Meilecheng.
