This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

The experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. I consulted the hotel front desk and found out there are about 1,000 books. There is coffee to taste in the lobby. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. They serve tea when you enter the store and warm water when you leave the store. They also thoughtfully prepare welcome fruits. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

The bathroom is clean and roomy, and the toiletries are a pleasure to use. The front desk staff are consistently professional, efficient, and welcoming, and housekeeping responds quickly. The hotel location is good, and the service is excellent, the only downside is about the AC. when I stayed there, the weather was still hot, but the hotel turned of the AC, it was very hard to sleep during the night without AC.

The hotel is in a very good location, just near Congtai Park. It takes only 3 minutes to reach the park entrance after passing a traffic light from the hotel. The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large and clean, the room is very soundproof and quiet, the park scenery is outside the window, there are poems and other paintings on both sides of the aisle, which are very elegant, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the staff will take the initiative to say hello. I will choose to stay next time.

The suite is very large, the top floor is very high, and the children are very convenient to run. The balcony is transparent and you can make tea around the stove to see the scenery. The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

Every view in Manning is stunning, and the owner is sincere and considerate, making it an excellent place to stay when traveling.

Traveling with kids, my top priority is hygiene, and this place was just okay. Especially the shower – the glass door and the floor had a big gap, so a lot of water would leak out onto the bathroom floor when showering. I constantly had to remind my kids not to slip! The breakfast, though, was great! Lots of variety, and everything tasted good. We stayed for 3 consecutive days, and the dishes were different every day, which was a big plus! The location is also quite good. It's super easy to hail a taxi right outside, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Meilecheng.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It perfectly hit all the key points I look for: the room was clean and spacious, the facilities were complete and functioned well, and the location was excellent, making getting around super convenient. The service attitude was exceptionally good; the staff were warm and patient, making communication very smooth. The entire stay was comfortable with no complaints whatsoever – a truly satisfying experience. I've already saved this place and will prioritize it for my next visit. I also highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation~
