4-Star Hotels in Gaolan

I came to the chain hotel, but it was much worse than I expected. First, the reception staff did not have a sense of service. The guests arrived and did not take the initiative to say hello. I took the initiative to say hello and ask about the room. Second, the receptionist said in front of me to another waiter, this is for your performance, you check in for her online. Third, the room I saw was on the 9th floor, and the check-in for me was on the 8th floor. I asked him to replace it. I actually said that the 8th floor was upgraded for you. I went to the 8th floor and found that there was no difference between the room I saw on the 9th floor. I was tired and didn't want to toss. Fourth, the disposable supplies provided in the room are not complete. I called the waiter to ask for a shoe polishing cloth. I actually said that there is no and said that we have a shoe polishing machine. Can I use a shoe polishing machine for the white tourist shoes? Fifth, during breakfast, the restaurant was crowded, there was a waiter cleaning up, the table was very messy, and I was ready to clean it myself and then I was seated for dinner. In a word, this hotel management is not in place. Let customers feel the clean and comfortable of the chain hotel, and it is also the worst hotel I have stayed in since I traveled for 20 days.

This stay experience is really good! The hotel is in a good location, convenient to travel, complete surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, and the lighting and ventilation were very good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, the staff is gentle and patient, and responsive. The sanitation is very meticulous, the corners are very clean, the facilities are complete and well maintained, the sound insulation effect is good, and the quality of sleep is very high. The overall price is super high, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the experience is full, I will choose this next time, highly recommended!

The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, comfortable and warm, the environment is quiet, the parking is convenient, the fruit is delivered, the front desk service is timely and considerate, and the restaurant on the second floor provides local specialties at a moderate price

highly recommended! A hotel that makes silk road culture to the bone This time I stayed at Longhai Silk Road Holiday Hotel, the details that touched me the most. Pushing the door into the room, even disposable toiletries are used in degradable kraft paper environmental protection packaging The toothbrush bag is printed with ”your smile, you are continuing to write the story of the silk road”, and a small test report is attached next to it: willow branches for Tang Dynasty business travel roads; The comb bag says ”Morning light greetings to decode the silk road”, quoting Han Jian's record, saying that the silk road station always has a jade comb for VIP haircut, combing hair is called the ”wire road” ceremony. Just this small object, it can be seen that the hotel is not a silk road name, but it is really the culture of the millennium ancient road into the accommodation experience. Environmental protection and temperature, cultural sense is full. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, and it is worth a special trip to Lanzhou New District!

The hotel is very well decorated, the lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The soundproofing is good, the room is not noisy at all, the hotel has a laundry room, a gym, and complete facilities. There are also many places to eat near the hotel, you can ask the front desk for recommendations, and they provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked in advance with the front desk. The hotel is not far from the airport, it only takes 15 minutes to drive there. It is really good to be able to book a really cheap and high-quality room near the airport, and the cost performance is super high. The window of the large bed we booked is a bit small, and the front desk upgraded us to a standard room with floor-to-ceiling windows, thank you very much

I arrived rather late but the check in process was simple enough and then the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel especially if you want to be near the airport and are only staying one night like I was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and even helped me get a morning shuttle to the airport without having to be asked. Overall incredibly pleasant experience, no complaints.

[Location] Very close to Lanzhou New District High-Speed Railway Station and Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, making travel convenient. [Facilities] The decor is simple and upscale, with luxurious bathroom fixtures. A Baidu search revealed all the amenities of a seven-star hotel. The bedding was also very comfortable, with a perfect balance of firmness and softness. [Cleanliness] White bedding, clean and fresh throughout. [Service] Friendly and responsive. Because the standard rooms were full, the hotel manager immediately upgraded our two rooms to deluxe suites free of charge. It was truly exceptional. [Rating] Impeccable
