"Overall, a fantastic stay! Lanzhou Airport is one of the furthest from the city center, making this hotel the top choice for early morning or late-night transfers. First, the positives: 1. Excellent service: Both the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to provide the shuttle contact number. Even arriving after 10 PM, a quick call had a driver there to pick us up. 2. Great location: It's very close to the airport, just a 3-minute drive. 3. Wonderful room: The layout is very practical, with distinct areas for the sleeping area, vanity, shower, and toilet, which is efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. 4. Delicious breakfast: It was quite substantial and varied. **Only 60 for two people.** Areas for improvement: 1. The curtains weren't thick enough; the room got bright around 6 AM. I suggest adding a pelmet. 2. The duvet was a bit too thick. These minor issues don't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time."

The room had no strange smells at all, and the driver told me that HUAZHU Group has very strict requirements for the quality of renovation materials from their suppliers. The orange scent in the lobby was very pleasant. The location is excellent, not too close nor too far from the airport, just a few kilometers away. For business trips, I prefer not to stay right next to the airport. The service was also great with free airport pick-up and drop-off. The driver even took us to a nearby shopping mall and made a detour to show us the dinosaur park and film studio next door. I'll definitely stay here again next time. HUAZHU Group is an amazing brand! Love this Orange Hotel 🍊 Highly recommend! [Rose emoji]"

I understand everyone's struggles, but I want to tell you, the manager really needs to address this and make improvements. The spacious layout is suitable for guests with lots of luggage. The air conditioner is a bit noisy on higher settings, but it's not a big deal. When I want to sleep, nobody can disturb me. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend staying here. I forgot to take photos, so I'm using photos from other hotels. Please don't scold me, front desk staff! 😂😂😂"

"The facilities are okay, the environment is average, it's close to the airport, there is the sound of planes taking off and landing, the sound insulation effect is not good, the voices of people staying in the middle of the night can be heard clearly. The most dissatisfied thing is that the airport pick-up and drop-off service claimed to the outside world only has one 9 At 5 o'clock in the morning, there were actually 15 people in one car. "The night flight arrived at Lanzhou Airport. The bus has stopped running. There is no subway. A taxi out of the city costs ¥280. It is very expensive, so I chose Ibis Zhongchuan Airport Hotel to stay for one night. The lobby is simple and bright. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is healthy and delicious. The next morning, take the 608 bus to Lanzhou West Railway Station. Transfer to the subway and go out of the city. The ticket is 16, which is convenient and saves money. The bus station is right opposite the hotel."
