We ”rejected” the housekeeper's kindness and walked all the way into Jiuhua Old Street. When we were about to get lost in the dotted alleys, the B&B suddenly appeared in front of us. ”Alley”, as its name suggests, is hidden among alleys. The afternoon sun was just right. When we walked in, the snow that fell last week had not completely melted. The white walls and green tiles, a small courtyard, and a big tree shone in the warm winter sun. After getting familiar with the terrain, I found that the location of the B&B is very good, with major temples, the cable car to the Centennial Palace, and the bus to the rooftop for transfer all nearby. This is probably the most upscale hotel in Jiuhua Mountain. I noticed they also host various large-scale corporate events. It's not located on the mountain within the scenic area, so it's more suitable for guests with a car. The hot spring experience was decent; the outdoor pools were more comfortable than the indoor ones, and the sauna got me a good sweat. My only minor complaint is that for a two-night stay, they didn't provide fresh bathrobes on the second day. The restaurant food was quite good, better than what you find outside, especially the noodle soup – I was very satisfied. The ambiance is also great, and the garden and lawn at the entrance are perfect for relaxing. Recommended!

The accommodation was great, and if you're driving, parking is incredibly convenient. We arrived by high-speed train, and the hotel arranged a pick-up for us directly from the scenic area's entrance. On our departure day, we could leave our luggage at the front desk. Later, after we came down from the mountain, a simple call to the hotel was enough, and they sent staff to deliver our luggage to us. Highly recommended.
