This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the business district in a few minutes, and it is very convenient to forage for food. The rooms are light and ventilated, no smell, meticulous cleaning, comfortable mattresses and pillows, efficient procedures at the front desk, warm and professional staff, patiently answer any questions, and quick response from room service. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, and the taste is fresh and delicious. The price/performance ratio is far more than the same price hotel. No matter how business trips, tourism, and family travel, it has been recommended to relatives and friends, and you will definitely stay again in the local area!

The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

一路從西雙版納開上來覺得對於縣城來説酒店總體挺好的，特別是早餐的廚師加服務人員特別熱情還給介紹好吃的粉，就是八號下午那個前台小姑娘服務實在太差，一點笑容沒有也就算了跟剛吵完架別人欠她錢一樣！拉個臉，你是一個酒店的門面，不求你笑臉相迎也用不着面無表情不問不答吧！我訂的帶早餐的，還要我主動問她早餐在幾樓。然後她説我房間沒有早餐，最後還要把訂單翻給她看才給的早餐劵。我需要酒店幫我冷凍一個冰盒，她看都沒看一眼直接拒絕了，解釋半天才説給我打電話問問廚房。沒有全給差評就是因為餐廳的服務人員真的是太好了。我去看了看酒店的差評，果真也有人質疑過前台，不知道是不是同一個人，老闆親屬嗎培訓這麼久了還這樣。

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

I stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel on a business trip. I upgraded the price difference at the front desk and chose the room type I wanted. The room is large in size, the layout is reasonable, the overall decoration is low-key and luxurious, and the texture is full. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view and the viewing experience is particularly good. The whole house is impeccable, and the desktop, corners and bathrooms are cleaned. The big bed is soft as a cloud, the pillows are soft and hard, and you can remove all fatigue when you lie down. The private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, so you can relax in a bath. The room is very soundproofed, close the door and stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is warm and courteous, efficient, and the details show the quality everywhere. I strongly recommend the river view room. The wide view will change your mood... You can almost see the whole river street. We went to the river street, and the front desk took the initiative to introduce it to us. The room attendant was also very enthusiastic.
