4-Star Hotels in Changde

This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

I drove to Changde with friends this weekend, primarily aiming for two things: a live performance of ”Peach Blossom Spring” and a stay at the Ligao 1919 Hotel. As soon as I arrived in Changde that morning, I received a call from the hotel. They proactively added me on WeChat and sent me their exact location. Upon arrival, a housekeeper came out to greet me and helped with my luggage. The attention to detail was exceptional! The biggest surprise was the front desk's complimentary upgrade. I already loved my original room, but the upgraded suite was a thousand times better than I expected! The room was beautifully appointed and furnished, with everything I needed. There were L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, a Lifen hair dryer, a perfectly firm mattress, and the room was incredibly quiet! A complimentary afternoon tea set worth 128 RMB was included with the room, and the plates were beautiful! When I returned to the hotel that evening, I was also greeted with sweet yellow peaches and goodnight fruit! The next day's breakfast was the most thoughtful I've ever experienced. We slept soundly until 10 a.m. The beef noodles were incredibly delicious, even better than at Hexiang Noodle House! Every detail of the hotel, including the lobby, reception, atrium, staircases, corridors, and cafe, exudes taste and high-quality aesthetics. I'll be back in Changde and at Ligao 1919 again. I look forward to seeing you again!

This trip is too worry-free to choose the right hotel! The location is excellent, it is very close to eating and visiting attractions. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry without a damp smell, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and it was very fragrant to lie down and sleep when tired. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast, and the initiative to give play suggestions, and the demand response is timely. The overall price is very high, the accommodation experience is full, come here to play this first choice

The hotel is very good, very new and clean, there is a gym on the fifth floor, there is a swimming pool in the back community, I asked the front desk lady, saying that I can take the room card for free swimming in summer, the front desk lady is very good, very warm, and patiently give me directions, the big sisters in the room are also very patient, I met my request with all their permissions and highly recommend this hotel

Service: Very good, patient and meticulous. Environment: A separate building is an independent hotel with no external interference. Hygiene: neat, clean and tidy. Facilities: There are Chinese restaurants and other facilities. There is a river not far away for you to stroll.

Let me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

The hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board! I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time.

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

I stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel on a business trip. I upgraded the price difference at the front desk and chose the room type I wanted. The room is large in size, the layout is reasonable, the overall decoration is low-key and luxurious, and the texture is full. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view and the viewing experience is particularly good. The whole house is impeccable, and the desktop, corners and bathrooms are cleaned. The big bed is soft as a cloud, the pillows are soft and hard, and you can remove all fatigue when you lie down. The private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, so you can relax in a bath. The room is very soundproofed, close the door and stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is warm and courteous, efficient, and the details show the quality everywhere. Whether it is a travel accommodation or a short rest, it is very suitable and highly recommended!

Great location, very close to both Dahe Street and Xiaohe Street. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even included laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent; they gave us detailed and patient recommendations for the surrounding area. Highly recommend!
