QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

It's incredibly cost-effective. They proactively helped us upgrade our room type and even recommended local food. Getting around is also very convenient, and parking is super easy to find. The experience far exceeded our expectations.

GGuest UserService: The hotel staff were attentive and welcoming, even turning on the air conditioning well in advance, ensuring maximum comfort. They were also very responsive and helpful, patiently explaining nearby attractions and other amenities.
Environment: The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful lake, where a walk around the lake brings fresh air and a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are cozy.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, especially the beef noodles, which were delicious 😋, and the other snacks were also very tasty. I would definitely stay here again next time I bring my children.

And the breakfast definitely deserves praise; it offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's such a joy to head out and explore after a satisfying meal! HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

Especially the washing and toilet space is large and separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient! In addition, the lobby bar is stylishly designed and warm, providing a quiet atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle, making people feel at ease and comfortable. GGuest UserAll the way from Xishuangbanna, I feel that the hotel is generally good for the county, especially the breakfast chef and service staff are particularly enthusiastic and introduce delicious noodles. The service of the girl at the front desk on the afternoon of the 8th is really bad. If you don't have a smile, it's the same as someone else owes her money just after the quarrel! Pull a face, you are the facade of a hotel, don't ask you to smile and you don't need to face expressionless and ask no answer! I booked breakfast with breakfast, and I asked her how many floors breakfast was on. Then she said that there was no breakfast in my room, and finally she had to turn the order over to her to give breakfast. I needed the hotel to help me freeze an ice box. She refused without looking at it. She explained that it took a long time to call me and ask about the kitchen. I didn't give all bad reviews because the restaurant service staff was really good. I went to see the hotel's bad reviews. Someone really questioned the front desk. I don't know if it was the same person. Is the boss's relatives training for so long?

The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, excellent natural light and soundproofing, ensuring a very restful rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and attention to detail was evident. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, the public areas were clean and orderly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The housekeeping service was prompt and attentive, making the experience very pleasant. It offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it!

We went to the river street, and the front desk took the initiative to introduce it to us. The room attendant was also very enthusiastic. The room was clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio was very good! I really felt at home.
