**Amenities**: The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for tea and relaxing.
**Environment**: It's very close to the new Sayram Lake Tourist Center, just a traffic light away by car, takes only a few minutes. After verifying your ID (provided you've bought tickets in advance), you can enter. Turning right takes you counter-clockwise around the lake, and turning left takes you clockwise.
**Service**: There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Whatever you need, just message them on WeChat and they respond very quickly.

AAngelina0527Facilities: The room wasn't large, but it was a compact, refined version of a 'Ji' hotel. It was well-equipped, though the magnifying mirror at the vanity wasn't working, and there were no hand towels.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, even satisfying a cleanliness freak like me.
Environment: The hotel lobby was a bit messy, which didn't quite justify the peak season price of over 2200. There were construction sites right outside, which was a bit of an eyesore.
Service: The staff were very responsive and enthusiastic. Items were delivered quickly, and luggage handling was prompt.
Friendly Suggestion: Even though afternoon tea is complimentary, could you please offer something other than cold, hard, overly sweet pastries? Nobody seems to enjoy those.

You can even enjoy a distant view of Sayram Lake from the balcony! It's clean and tidy, and we booked a duplex loft, which was perfect for our family as it has two bathrooms.

AAletaizhangfengxiaService: The impression of this hotel is quite deep. First of all, the front desk can check in by itself, which is convenient and fast, and the form is quite novel.
From the details of the room, the housekeeping department still has efforts to improve customer satisfaction.
But the service of the restaurant is too broken. The breakfast supplement was very untimely, and there was more than an hour away from the closing time, and many of them were not made up. Several guests repeatedly told a little bit.
The staff all chatted and ate watermelon in the corridor. The aunt who cooks noodles looks at the interest and timing, and occasionally comes out to be busy.
The entire restaurant service was done by an uncle in security and another cleaning aunt, who pushed the car to collect tableware and wipe the table. Wearing waiters and chefs, male or female, it seems to include administrative staff in the next office, etc., are connected to the kitchen aisle, chatting, laughing, eating watermelon.

GGuest UserA truly novel experience! While 2,000+ (RMB) felt a bit pricey, the feeling of salvation upon entering the warm room after freezing in the dark was priceless. The room had underfloor heating, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even with outside temperatures in the low teens at night, I could shower and walk around the room without clothes and not feel cold. The only minor downside is that the electric water heater only provides hot water for about 15 minutes, but it's enough if you shower quickly.
The hotel isn't directly inside the scenic area; you need to exit the East Gate and walk a bit. However, you get an unobstructed, direct view of Sayram Lake, which is stunning. You can also see the starry sky at night. If you're driving, you check in at the front desk, and then a shuttle will help with your luggage. Xiao Mu (a staff member) was very helpful.
Just a few small suggestions: for such an expensive hotel, I hope the details could be more refined. The tissues in the room were of very poor quality and difficult to use. For the toilet, at least provide disinfectant wipes or disposable toilet seat covers. Also, there were too few trash cans in the room; it was inconvenient to walk around the circular room just to throw something away.

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located near the Sayram Lake Tourist Center, making it very convenient to enter the scenic area. Our room was upgraded, and we could even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake – it was truly beautiful.
However, despite being a Marriott, some of the amenities felt a bit lacking. The children's toiletries provided were dirty; it looked like they had been used and not properly cleaned before being put back in the box. Luckily, we had brought our own, so we didn't need to use theirs.
The sound insulation in the room was poor. Perhaps because our room was close to the emergency exit, it was especially noisy in the morning. Still, it wasn't a huge impact on me, so it wasn't a big deal.

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable.
I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful.
The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus.
The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!
