And when the room is sufficient, it helped us upgrade a better room type, so that we have a better stay experience. Check-in was also very fast, and the front desk lady was also very good at serving. There were many types of restaurants. The upgraded room can also see the panoramic view of Sailimu Lake. It is very good 👍 and the hotel is located very close to the east gate of Sailimu Lake. The whole house intelligent customer control takeaway will also have robots to deliver, and there is a laundry room and gym 24 hours. Overall, the experience is very good and recommend family members to stay! ! ! !

The hotel has a serene and elegant ambiance, with a grand yet inviting lobby, and a subtle, pleasant fragrance wafting through the corridors. Our room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and it had every amenity we could wish for. The smart toilet and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows truly elevated our experience. A special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Sa, who proactively picked us up and dropped us off at the visitor center. They were incredibly responsive to all our needs, more thoughtful than family! The security guard at the entrance was also exceptionally welcoming; as soon as we got out of the car with our luggage, he immediately came over to help us. This warm and attentive service instantly made us feel at home. Five stars, absolutely! We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

MM311337****The room facilities were all great. A tall lady at the front desk handled my check-in and even gave me a free upgrade to a mountain and lake view room, which was really wonderful! The service was also very thoughtful; they gave me several souvenir room cards. The breakfast was delicious too, absolutely fantastic! It's also super close to the scenic area. Highly recommend!

ZZhouyechenThe hotel is very clean and tidy, the front desk lady is very warm, the service attitude is very good, we said that the dried fruit and dates at the front desk are delicious, and we prepared a small bag for us when we checked out the next day. It was really happy. The southern potato really felt very cold when I came to Xinjiang. But I felt warm everywhere in Xinjiang, especially the details of the front desk lady. I saw that I brought a few white plastic bags with a bunch of clothes. I took the hotel’s exclusive bag for me to pack clothes. When I came, the suitcase was good. Going back is really big and small. Really warmed by the hotel, friends who like light luxury, clean and simple style, it is highly recommended to stay

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, with a large area and a park next to it. The environment is very good and the room is also very large. The only drawback is that for some reason, there is no solid wall between the bathroom and the room. You can see people going to the toilet and taking a shower while lying on the bed. Although it is frosted glass and you can't see clearly, it still feels weird.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

DDave_DetroitFor a hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night, there's no gym. I went to the restaurant that evening and tried to order a bowl of noodle soup, but it wasn't available. Noodles were always available for breakfast, but not for dinner.
The bathroom had a foul sewer odor, and it turned out the back of the toilet seat wasn't sealed where it met the floor. Clearly, the engineering department wasn't supervising properly.
Another point: The hotel rooms don't have Type C connectors, considering it's scheduled for completion in 2025, while other hotels have them. Clearly, this is ill-considered.
