GGuest UserThis is a newly opened 4-star hotel with excellent facilities and high cleanliness standards. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. The hotel is located near Sayram Lake scenic area, so it's a bit pricier than similar hotels of the same caliber in Yining city. However, its proximity to Sayram Lake is a major plus, making it convenient for a more immersive experience of the lake's beauty.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely amazing, truly the best service and breakfast we had on our Xinjiang trip. When I called the front desk at night to ask for two extra bottles of water, they surprisingly delivered warm water, and even upgraded us for free to a room with the best view! Breakfast was divine; the cheese bao (bun) was incredibly delicious, and you could even take coffee to go. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake.
Oh, the only downside was that out of the two pillows, one was too high and the other too firm, which isn't ideal for those who prefer soft or low pillows.

GGuest UserComing to Sayram Lake by car, choosing this Orange Crystal hotel was definitely the right decision. It was a genuinely great experience, and I have to give it a full five stars!
First off, the location is super convenient. The hotel is less than 900 meters from the Sayram Lake Visitor Center, which is incredibly close. You don't have to go out of your way; you can just walk over, and it's a few minutes by car. During holidays, when the scenic area is crowded and there are long queues to get in, staying here is a lifesaver. No need to wake up early or get stuck in traffic queues, making it perfect for family trips. The location is truly unbeatable.
As for the service, it was genuinely excellent. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were both very fast and efficient. They patiently answered all our questions and even gave us practical advice on travel routes and the best photo spots, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also readily helped with luggage. The whole interaction was very comfortable, without any forced politeness – it just felt reassuring to stay there.
I was also very happy with the breakfast. The variety was quite comprehensive, with both common Chinese dishes and Western pastries. Hot dishes, porridge, steamed buns, fruits, and drinks were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was very home-style. We ate our fill comfortably, and after breakfast, we were energized for the day at the scenic area, perfectly meeting our dining needs while traveling.
When driving, parking is a major concern, and this hotel's parking lot is truly huge and spacious. There are plenty of parking spaces, and they're well-organized. Whether you have a small car, a large SUV, or a commercial vehicle, you can park easily without fighting for a spot or having to maneuver carefully. Entry and exit are also convenient. For a self-driving trip to Xinjiang, this parking situation is a huge plus.
What surprised me most about the room was the view from the window; the vista was exceptional. From inside the room, you could see distant mountains and vast grasslands, filled with pristine natural scenery. Waking up in the morning and pulling back the curtains to such a beautiful view was incredibly relaxing. You could enjoy the scenery without even leaving the room – a fantastic experience.
Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The room was tidily arranged, the environment was quiet and peaceful, making for a very comfortable stay. All things considered, with its close proximity (no queuing!), attentive service, solid breakfast, huge parking lot, and excellent room views, getting this kind of experience at this price point is truly a great value.
I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Sayram Lake. It's genuinely a great stay with no disappointments. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

They confirmed my check-in time beforehand and turned on the underfloor heating, so the room was wonderfully warm upon arrival. They also thoughtfully explained important details during check-in. The shuttle service within the camp was very convenient, and the staff were proactive and friendly, always asking if I needed any assistance. It was a truly pleasant stay!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

Our room had a floor-to-ceiling window that offered direct views of Sailimu Lake and the snowy mountains – waking up to that breathtaking lake scenery every morning was truly therapeutic. The room facilities were brand new and comprehensive, with a simple yet elegant design. The bathroom and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Stepping out, we were right by the lake, making sightseeing and getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay far exceeded our expectations. This is definitely our top choice for Sailimu Lake!

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable.
I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful.
The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus.
The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

Location: Sayram Lake Impression boasts a fantastic location, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area and the commercial area (10-15 minute walk), and even closer to the Old East Gate, making it convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset. It's also incredibly convenient for skiing in winter, as the hotel thoughtfully provides shuttle service.
Cleanliness: The facilities here are even better than expected and compared to the photos. They are very spacious and fully equipped. More importantly, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is very convenient for sharing with friends. The facilities also feel very new and clean. The underfloor heating is excellent, making it very warm in winter; you can even wear short sleeves indoors.
Service: The front desk and lobby manager are extremely welcoming, helping with introductions and arrangements for the ski resort, and recommending activities and nearby restaurants.
I didn't expect such an experience at this price in winter; it's excellent value for money. I've already enthusiastically recommended it to my friends.
