It was truly the biggest and most comfortable room I encountered during my multi-day stay around Sayram Lake. But the most heartwarming aspect of this trip was undoubtedly the thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Beibei. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his attentiveness was constant. During check-in, he meticulously explained the room facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area. Any requests I had during my stay were met with immediate responses. At check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings. Even after leaving the hotel, that comforting warmth lingered. When I was struggling to find a taxi at the Sayram Lake scenic area on my way back, I contacted him in a pinch. To my surprise, he immediately dropped what he was doing and drove over to pick me up, even reminding me to be careful on the roads in the scenic area. Over many years of travel, I've explored numerous mountains and lakes and experienced all kinds of services, but service staff like Beibei, who possess both professionalism and genuine warmth, are truly rare. His sincerity and enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to the already beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake.

ZZhouyechenThe hotel is very clean and tidy, the front desk lady is very warm, the service attitude is very good, we said that the dried fruit and dates at the front desk are delicious, and we prepared a small bag for us when we checked out the next day. It was really happy. The southern potato really felt very cold when I came to Xinjiang. But I felt warm everywhere in Xinjiang, especially the details of the front desk lady. I saw that I brought a few white plastic bags with a bunch of clothes. I took the hotel’s exclusive bag for me to pack clothes. When I came, the suitcase was good. Going back is really big and small. Really warmed by the hotel, friends who like light luxury, clean and simple style, it is highly recommended to stay

MM32773****The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. She recommended a free upgrade to a lake-view room. The room and its interior facilities were in the classic Marriott style, comfortable and understated. Most importantly, you could actually see the lake from the window! I'm not sure if the area outside the window will be obstructed by future hotel constructions, but for now, this Marriott has the best location. I was initially worried that since it had only recently opened, there might be a new-hotel smell, but aside from the elevators, it was barely noticeable. Also, the special cocktails at the bar are quite good; if you're interested, you should try the ”Tears of Sayram Lake.”

When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

DDave_DetroitFor a hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night, there's no gym. I went to the restaurant that evening and tried to order a bowl of noodle soup, but it wasn't available. Noodles were always available for breakfast, but not for dinner.
The bathroom had a foul sewer odor, and it turned out the back of the toilet seat wasn't sealed where it met the floor. Clearly, the engineering department wasn't supervising properly.
Another point: The hotel rooms don't have Type C connectors, considering it's scheduled for completion in 2025, while other hotels have them. Clearly, this is ill-considered.
