The location is excellent. Although it's not in the city center, it's a 20-minute drive to the Red Flag Canal Memorial Museum, 45 minutes to Youth Cave, and 15 minutes to the highway exit. Some rooms even offer views of the Taihang Mountain sunset. It's definitely a top choice for self-driving travelers. The surrounding area is still under development, so dining and supermarket facilities aren't fully established yet, but food delivery is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast isn't extravagant but certainly satisfying, with options like spicy soup (Húlàtāng), noodles, and rice vermicelli. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are comprehensive. I used the gym's treadmill and the self-service laundry and dryer, which were great! The free, unlimited coffee in the hotel lobby is absolutely the icing on the cake. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

I didn't give a high rating this time because my stay was extremely unpleasant! The room was on the third floor, as were the laundry room and gym. Initially, they gave us a room just a few steps from the elevator, which I thought was good, saving us a long walk. However, I was completely wrong. The washing machine was running continuously from noon until we arrived, and it was incredibly loud. Since it was afternoon, I didn't pay much attention, but even at midnight, someone was still doing laundry, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the laundry room to inquire, the woman there told me I could ask the front desk to change my room, with a very rude attitude. Why were they still doing laundry at midnight? Many hotels I've stayed in stop allowing laundry at 10 pm, and in many hotels, the laundry room is on the first floor, so you can do laundry anytime you want! No one bothers you. Later, I called the front desk, and the young lady was somewhat more polite and changed my room, explaining that a new employee checked me in that morning and didn't mention this issue! I disagree with this. Two people checked me in that morning, a new employee and a senior employee. The senior employee even asked if I needed my child's ID card. Don't new employees know this is part of their training? Are they just going to give you any room you can find after just one night? Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

This was the second Vienna International Hotel we stayed at during our road trip in Henan. It was as good as always. The room had a view of the Taihang Mountains, and they even gave us a box of fruit upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower was very comfortable. There's underground parking, which is convenient for those driving. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, which is great for people who want to avoid the crowds and go to attractions early. However, there are many tour groups, so breakfast can be a bit crowded, and you might have to share a table.

The hotel selected for a trip with friends is particularly satisfied overall. The reception was warm and thoughtful, and the questions were answered meticulously and patiently. The room was very clean, the bathroom was cleaned and cleaned, and the beds were neatly arranged. The spare parts are sufficient, the hot water supply is stable, the corridor is clean and there is no smell, and the location is very convenient. Everything is very careful and has been recommended to friends around me.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The venue at the entrance of the hotel is spacious, there are many parking spaces, and there are many seats where you can chat and drink tea with friends. The room is large inside, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. The only drawback is that the network signal in the room is a bit weak. The rooms at the Yingbin Building were excellent, exceeding expectations. They were clean and hygienic, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, the linens were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and the price was very reasonable. This hotel has a unique feature not found in other hotels: it offers opportunities to learn about the revolutionary spirit of the Red Flag Canal, making for a very positive experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who needs it! After a terrible experience staying in Kaifeng, we moved here, and my child didn't want to leave after just one night. We'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel environment is good, but the location is a bit out of the way, far from attractions, so it's very quiet. (The traffic lights in Anyang are terrible; it's almost impossible to get through two green lights in a row, and each red light lasts about 100 seconds. If you're far from attractions, you'll need to plan your time accordingly.) There aren't many dining options nearby. Parking is convenient. The breakfast is quite varied, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.
