The second time I stayed at Xinrui, the hotel provided free airport pick-up and drop-off service, and there was a large supermarket next to it, which was very convenient. The front desk staff smiled and the room was spacious and bright, clean and well equipped. Additional earplugs and steam eye masks are also provided, which is very heartwarming. The overall experience is good, five-star praise!

Check-in was quick and efficient, with a constant smile and proactive recommendations for nearby restaurants. They patiently answered all my questions about parking and luggage storage, and were always there when needed. Their warm and attentive service made me feel right at home. The environment, location, and service were all impeccable. I had a comfortable and reassuring stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to friends and family.
