4-Star Hotels in Mackay

Great service at check-in, kindly upgraded which was much appreciated, clean rooms, great size, great location - was able to walk most places. The only down side was that there was a smell musty, damp smell when the air con was on.

Was alright for the discounted price I got it for but the room was a bit dated. I booked the executive spa room but was a bit disappointed with the spa itself - very old and lacked pump power. Also the bath faucet was positioned in a place that prevented a second person from sitting comfortably in the spa. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. The pool looked nice although I didn't use it. As was the case with the restaurant. Overall a tidy upmarket motel.

Maybe I was given the wrong room. The kitchen faces the bed and there is a mirror on the bedside cabinet. Ctrip said it was more than 50 square meters, but the actual price was more than 20 square meters.

Parking is very convenient, the front desk service is very good, there is a park nearby, and it is very close to the beach. The nearby ecology is very good, the hotel is very quiet, and I will recommend it to my friends.

Was a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️
