3-Star Hotels in Reno

Traditional American breakfasts are all disposable tableware. This breakfast is served on bone china plates with a lot of freshly made food, freshly squeezed orange juice and organic Greek yogurt. It's really a surprise.

It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is operated. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the water pressure is satisfactory. I didn't expect much because it was a free breakfast, but I was so satisfied because it was similar to the breakfast I paid for and eat at other hotels.

I am very dissatisfied with the hotel's pre-authorization deduction system. My room is $200 a night, the hotel deducted me $200, then deducted $200 from my credit card, then deducted $20, and finally buckled me. 10 dollars, I went to the front desk theory, they said that they made a lot of mistakes, and later cleared the back of $ 220, but the remaining 10 dollars did not know what the deduction is! I also encountered such a bad hotel management system for the first time!

Sweet room with 2 bedrooms and super comfy beds. We loved our stay.

This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her

It's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars.

Clean, comfortable, hygienic, spacious and bright, the room has a kitchen, very convenient, the bed is particularly comfortable to sleep, the sofa is not bad, a small suite, beautiful environment?

We got the 2 rooms suite. It was very spacious and clean. Both rooms have attached bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen equipped with fridge and microwave. The balcony is a plus plus.
