3-Star Hotels in Polk County

It would be good to put a panel indicating the entrance of the hotel, because drivers take a crazy time  to find the pedestrian entrance of the hotel. To have been in the first 200 guests of the hotel, I am really sad to see how the have become, the lift, the traces of hair on the walls, it's just incredible the traces of tomorrow also it's bad

My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.

Courteous and gracious staff. Very quiet and uninterrupted rooming,an excellent pool area the breakfast was hot and tasty. I will recommend a stay at this hotel to any travelers.

First thing to tell is the Cleanness!! This hotel isn’t any newer at all, but every corner of the room was cleaned well. The room was spacious and quiet that you don’t hear sound of other guests at all once you go in the room. It was a worth of paying for all what they offer.

Overall, it was a good experience. Warm breakfast was provided, with brown bag option with breakfast snacks. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom looked a little outdated, tub made cracklings sounds when in there. Other than that everything was good. Only complaint is that ice was only available on the first floor.

I stay here on occasion for business although I live in Lakeland. Reason being it’s a nice quiet place to settle in and work without interruption. Their office space available in the room, along with a couch and television into which you can screen cast images from your computer and work. Yeah, atmosphere is quiet in relaxing not to mention a heated pool to take a swim at any time you’d like.

Location was nice and quiet. Hot water quit working but they gave us another room. Staff was very friendly.
