IIF fanyuanming（yiyao）FANSTARWhen I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I was very confused! I almost found another hotel. After a 12-hour flight and an hour's drive, I was shocked to hear that my reservation was cancelled when I arrived at the hotel! Later, the hotel front desk said that they found my reservation, so I continued to stay.

PpaeccotI was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly.
I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided.
Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom.
Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

WWill JiIt's OK. The exterior and lobby look good. The room is not small. The service is average. The breakfast is the kind of American hotel, which is annoying to eat every day. Free parking is OK.
