3-Star Hotels in Gainesville

The location was great. It is located a short distance from the University of Florida, and within 5-10 mins walk there are many various local restaurants that cater to all tastes in foods. The Depot Hotel is a quiet hotel set up in an old-style home, it is a well-looked and clean hotel. The staff members I met were welcoming and friendly. The hotel also has live DJs who play in the beer garden, and entertainment area on Friday and Saturday nights which is good but does go till late and makes it a little hard to sleep if you're tired. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, particularly Cass the manager. The evening selection of food and drink was a highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but for the price ($460 per night) I expected more from this hotel. The majority of the hotel's budget seems to have been spent on its location and exterior, which is beautiful. The interior meanwhile, felt decidedly cheaper. The hallways had a strong chemical odor and industrial lighting quality. My room was quiet, spacious and up-to-date, but the overall quality of the appointments felt most consistent with a new 3-star hotel. The windows were very small for the size of the room. The ceiling sheetrock looked like something out of a Eastern Bloc apartment from the 1960s - it was so poorly assembled it almost seemed to be a design choice, but it certainly did not add any premium feel. I was disappointed that the electric car charging was not complimentary and required downloading the Blink app, which I could not get to work. I did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot comment on it. The staff was friendly and helpful enough but not at the level of a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. I'm not sure I would stay here again for its listed rate.

Very new and clean, good location, behind the big shopping mall, near the highway exit

The traffic is very convenient, the room is large, the price is acceptable, the breakfast is rich, the lobby is particularly clean and beautiful, the front desk staff is warm and efficient, free parking, the bed is very comfortable, there is a refrigerator and microwave, the decoration is new, the aisle is very wide, and the room includes breakfast , Overall feel first-class service, clean and comfortable, feel like home, it is worth recommending, I would like to live here next time.

Nothing too fancy, worked out great for one night stay. Everything was on point, and I have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!

Poor sanitation in public areas, elevator garbage has not been cleaned for a few days

There are two supermarkets such as target on the side of the hotel, including McDonald's, a Vietnamese restaurant and several American restaurants. Opposite the hotel is the school gate near the business school. The hotel is quite quiet and the stay is quite satisfactory. . . . . .
