3-Star Hotels in Pak Kret

I was looking for accommodation near Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) for a graduation ceremony. This place had three beds, a wardrobe, and a kitchen with utensils. It was clean, convenient for transportation, and reasonably priced. However, checking in was a bit difficult as it required communication via email.

Very good, the uncle who takes care of the accommodation is kind and very cute. The room is comfortable, the view is very good, in the morning the atmosphere is very good. Yes, the weather is cool, the breakfast is good, give a lot too. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night, but in the room there is a mosquito net. But who is allergic to mosquito repellent or likes to bring mosquito repellent better. There is about one dust. Anyone who is allergic to dust, it is recommended to bring allergic medicine. Here, next to the water, you will hear the sound of the boat almost all the time. Anyone who is easy to wake up, it is recommended to bring earplugs. Come, but personally, we are just. Yes, when I fall asleep, I can't hear it. The thing that is a little stuck is that the room is not like the picture on the website that size. Maybe because the decoration has been changed and it is older. May not be as cute as the picture, but still considered cute. Overall it is very good. No problem Lovely price, good service, recommended.

I stay for a night. Just walking distance to impact arena. Clean,no smell at all. With water and toothbrush, soap shampoo, everything is provided. Spotless clean. No dust at all. The building is old but the unit is clean, big it's good for group. Restaurants available downstairs. Also the owner is very responsive and polite. If I'm attending a concert again. I will book this place I am using my other phone for photo.

This place is essentially in a local residential neighborhood. The facilities are really old; the floor drain in the shower didn't work, so I couldn't even take a proper shower. Since I was there for a concert, I had to go downstairs the next day to a hair salon to wash and blow-dry my hair. However, because it's a residential area, it's super convenient. 7-Eleven and cosmetic stores are nearby, there are several hair salons downstairs, lots of local eateries, and even a small night market in the evenings. It has a very lively, authentic local vibe, and everything is very affordable. It's also super close to the back entrance of Impact Arena, so if you know your way, you can get there quickly. All in all, any positive points are solely for the location. The apartment itself is quite rundown, but it was still relatively clean. The door had a type of bolt lock I'd never seen before, and the main lock was one of those big, old-fashioned iron padlocks, but maybe that's how residents here typically live.

Good service. The lady is really friendly. Mot convenience for travel to anywhere except for concert near impact-thunderdome, took almost 2 hours to go to Bkk center.

I came for a concert and booked this place for one night. It was a really pleasant and clean one-room apartment. I absolutely loved it! It has a fridge and a microwave, a kitchenette (though no stove), a large bed, and the apartment itself is very clean and cozy. There's also a TV with local channels. It mentioned no Wi-Fi, but the owner kindly provided me with the login and password. Plus, there's air conditioning and a nice view from the window. I really enjoyed my stay; it was very comfortable.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. A little out of the way so having your own transport is recommended. There is a 7/11 about 10 mins walk away. I would stay again if doing things in the area.

The room is pretty old, there was some smell in the room. The bathroom have stain everywhere on the floor+some on the wall and also a large hole on ceiling. But it is also very close to everything, 7-11 and Central mall in range of 100m. AC and hot water is working fine

Very friendly and helpful Chinese lady boss who can only speak Thai and Teochew. Luckily I am also Teochew. Can only speak little Chinese and saw her having hard time communicating with Chinese guests who stayed there during the exhibition.Stayed on 2nd floor unit having to bear with a crazy lady started to sing karaoke every night from about 10pm all the way to 3-4am on the upper floor. Worse, the singing was very bad.

Very nice resort, most of the staff can speak English and are very friendly. The hotel itself is very good for a quiet rest if you like nature, however, it is in the outskirts and it can be very difficult to find any local amenities without use of a taxi.
