It's still very good. Just a few mosquitoes can be wiped out at once. It is very convenient to go to the swimming pool. It is almost a contract. I was able to send me to the hotel next door the next morning, and I happily paid the tip

Hacienda Resort is a beautiful place, with a pool, many seating areas, and a garden. The staff is lovely and helpful. It is a little way from town, but you can rent a motorbike (don’t rely on Grab).

The hosts were absolutely wonderful! We checked in with my husband and our 7-month-old baby around 9 PM. My husband had an allergic reaction to seafood, and when he drove out to find medicine, all the stores were closed. So, he decided to drive to the hospital alone. I was at the accommodation with our baby and called the hosts to ask for allergy medication. They immediately brought some over. However, I couldn't reach my husband until almost 11 PM; his phone rang but he didn't answer. I was so worried he might have had an accident. The host couple tried to call the hospital's emergency department, but no one answered. Seeing how distressed I was, they offered to take me and our baby to the hospital. When we arrived and saw my husband's car, I felt so relieved. We found him at the emergency department waiting for medication. I was so happy I was speechless, tearing up. I'm so grateful for the hosts' exceptional care! The female host, who I think works as a nurse somewhere, gave us excellent advice about seafood allergies. Before we left, the hosts even told us we could check out whenever we wanted. Seriously, where else can you find service like that? We will definitely be back! 🥰🥰🥰🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Lastly, I want to tell future guests that even though this place is budget-friendly, the service is incredibly impressive!

The accommodation is very calm, very good, the food is delicious, especially the Thai fish sashimi, give it here, it's delicious, great, the overall picture is very good. (I recommend a little more. May I ask to add a mosquito net in the room or bathroom. There are insects a little easy to enter the room)

We stayed at this hotel for a week, staying in a deluxe room. Initially, we were given a room on the first floor near the entrance, but it smelled very musty, and other vacationers kept walking past us while we were sitting on the balcony. After the first night, we asked to change rooms, and they immediately granted our request and gave us a wonderful room on the second floor (there are three of them, with an elevator). The room was larger and odor-free. Everything else was wonderful—decent breakfasts, a wonderful pool and gym, birdsong, lots of greenery in the well-kept grounds, and a clean room. It's surprising there wasn't a hairdryer. The sea is across the road, and the beach is deserted, just relaxing. Peace and quiet. We rented a bike and went to the national park and other villages, where they also have excellent beaches and cheap fruit. I would come back here with my granddaughter. This hotel is perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Nice and spacious apartment with partitioned rooms that had necessities in each section. Also had ample parking which made it ideal as I drove there. Clear and simple communication from the concierge (as pictured) allowed a smooth check-in/check-out process. Will definitely stay again and appreciate the nice view if I visit that part of Rayong!

host oom was veary helpfull staff where nice service was good facilities are in good shape or 30 years old swimming pool a bit run down its under repair but still open had pizza for dinner was ok 3/10 breakfast you have 2 choose American or joke witch is a thai like porridge .its close to the ocean 2 min walk nice place over all 8/10

The room was large and clean a little old but good. There was no one there so had the entire resort to myself. Pool was excellent beach cleaned everyday. Food options only 3-400m away. 1 km 190’s of options. Quiet location direct beach acess no road to cross Extended my stay as I liked so much. Would highly reccomend.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, separate wet and dry zones. The bathroom has a water heater and a toilet. There is shampoo and liquid soap. There are 2 towels provided. clean bedding Free 2 bottles of drinking water and a 5-6 Q refrigerator. 21 inch TV with digital TV camera. All free TV channels can be watched. The picture is crisp. The room we stay The air conditioner is a fix speed system, not an inverter system, making noise when the processor works. Friends who are difficult to sleep. Need a very quiet sound May not be suitable Overall, it is considered affordable with the price. The staff provide good service, smiling. The atmosphere around the hotel is quiet, close to the sea, easy and convenient to travel in and out.
