"This was our second stay, from May 2-4, 2025, with a family of three. We really liked the hotel's location: a three-minute walk from the train station and a leisurely five-minute walk to the seaport. Despite its location in the busiest part of Sochi (Navaginskaya Street), the room was always quiet and peaceful, as the windows overlooked the courtyard. The hotel was clean and cozy; the room had everything we needed, even a kitchen! Our 17-year-old daughter slept in a sofa bed that folded out easily. Towels were changed and housekeeping was provided daily. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! We are very happy and will come again!"

"I liked the hotel. The staff is most customer-oriented at the recipes.
The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the shopping center on Navaginskaya Street, on which it is pleasant to walk at any time, it is pedestrian and active: palms, clubs, street musicians, beautiful dogs with hostesses.
I stayed in an improved room to have a minimal chance of getting windows to the gallery rather than to the street. The room is nice, there is a teapot, tea, sugar, no coffee. There is a coffee machine in the corridor, a glaze board and a tug, a microwave.
The bed is soft, bed linen perfectly white, pillows hard.
The bathroom has a minimum set of tools: Champoo, gel, air conditioner.
You can ask for something free, for example, a shower hat, something paid, for example, slippers, coat, towel for the beach.
Cleaning is daily.
The best beach of Riviera is 10 minutes walk.
Morport and embankment are also.
The train station is 7 minutes.
Supermarkets are also nearby, only the crossroads are far away. Alkoteca is not far away.
Breakfast only in coffee shops or in the room with its products.
I will bet 4.5 because it is 3 stars with good quality in a great place.

Of the pluses is a good restaurant and a free sauna with a swimming pool. The room is small but decent, not ripped, a sauna. But the downsides were more.
The room with an inter-room door with a neighbouring room. Noise isolation with neither the neighbor room nor the street. In general, the feeling of a accommodation.
There is no hotel access from the word at all. You will be loaded directly from the track under the enabled emergency. No parking too. Search where to put the car on your fear and risk.
The whole quarter under the signs ”parking is forbidden.” The evacuators work well. 200 m from the hotel there are two private packs 1000 and 1500 r per day.

To the honour of the hotel staff, despite the unreturned tariff, they agreed not to take the payment for unexpected days. However, they said that the issue needs to be resolved with Trip.com. And here the whole rotten essence of this resource came out. Support for two days could not solve the issue. And eventually stated that they were not against, but, NOTE, the mediator through which they work refused to return. Money is small. Let them suppress. If there is any sense in travel abroad, use the Russian Federation booking on Trip.com I do not advise you. Support is slow and unradiated. Work through layers that have a decisive word in disputed issues. There was hope that here she was replacing ************. However, alas, it is not Bucking.

Очень хорошее место, с удовольствием бы остановилась там снова. В номере есть все необходимое (чайник, посуда, есть даже гладильная доска с утюгом и дополнительная подушка). Предоставляют также дополнительное полотенце для посещения бассейна
Расположение удобное, до моря 10 минут пешком, в пешей доступности также много магазинов и кафешек, где можно поесть
Прямо около отеля останавливается 30 автобус, на котором можно добраться до некоторых достопримечательностей
Единственное неудобство - долго добираться от аэропорта. За такси придется отдать от 3000 рублей. Можно добраться на автобусах, но поездка займет около 2 часов и с пересадкой

We liked it very much. We took a room with a terrace, a spacious room, a terrace wooden and very pleasant when you can get out. Breakfast is good. 3km to airport. There are coats, a refrigerator.

Guest UserLocation is good. Nearby shops - Crossroad, Magnit. There are cafes and dining rooms. The beach is within walking distance. 20 minutes from the airport by taxi.
On the recession was pleasant to meet.
The room is clean. Towels and underwear are clean. Everything worked and everything was enough.
Breakfasts are not recommended at all!

Guest UserI booked this hotel for a day through Trip.com, very convenient location in the very center of Sochi, quick check-in, cleanliness in the hotel! Good new linen, soft mattresses. It was interesting to see the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Everything is very civilized and clean. There is a restaurant with a buffet, breakfasts, lunches, dinners. In the block there is a kitchen with a microwave, dishes, refrigerator. The bathrooms are very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for the opportunity to stay at affordable prices in the city center.

Guest UserConvenient location, close to the airport 5 minutes by taxi. The hotel is generally a good place, for a budget option. The girl at the reception is nice. Everything is clean, neat, except for the bathroom, it is very small, 1 meter, toilet, sink and shower right above. And the biggest problem is no elevator, I was placed on the 3rd floor, I had to drag my heavy luggage up the stairs

The huge minus of the hotel is the lack of parking and the full indifference of the staff where you can leave your car. Even loading your suitcases is not possible nearby.
Breakfasts too were not impressed.
I chose Grace, TK expected that they have uniform standards for service in the network. But... no))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Цена аренды была прекрасная! Очень удобное расположение, всё в шаговой доступности. Легко найти гостиницу, легко попасть вовнутрь, есть пандус.
Номер был с окнами выходящими сбоку здания, шума с улицы практически не было. Хорошо слышно тех, кто ходит по коридорам и лестницам, особенно в лыжных ботинках, хотя это запрещено и указано про это.
Сам номер просторный, легко поместился чехол для сноуборда на полу и даже велосипед) В общем то есть всё что надо для краткосрочного проживания. Кровать большая, матрас еще более-менее, но уже местами продавлен.
Из минусов: воняет ковролин тухлятиной, носками или еще чем-то таким неприятным. Сделайте химчистку напольного покрытия! Ресторан на цокольном этаже с накрученными отзывами не посещайте, не рекомендую. Вокруг много других прекрасных заведений достойных вашего внимания.

Расположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.
