I love the location soooo much. We are in a lagoon and it’s breathtaking. The concept of a houseboat is extremely unique compared to the typical overwater bungalows. It’s surprisingly cheaper than its competitors which I’m grateful for. The lady there gave my family and I a free upgrade to their mega houseboat. I am so thankful. The staff are all respectful and the food is an 8.5/10. My personal favourite is the adobo chicken. Ordered it 3-4 times. Sometimes it taste different, a little too sweet but when it’s perfect, it’s absolutely heavenly. They make it fast and bring it to you with a boat. My only issue is the mosquitos. I have recieved sooo many bites. The mosquito spray they provide is not strong enough. It does not last long and I’ve recieved over 20 bites. I recommend bringing your own repellent. Trust me you will need it.

I rushed to the dive shop in town in the morning, but I learned that there was a typhoon and the coast guard refused to allow me to go to the wreck. They suggested that I go to this resort. This resort is right next to the wreck dive site and I can dive at any time, so I made a temporary reservation. of the order. The resort includes pick-up and drop-off. There is an office at the three-way intersection in the center of the town. The bus leaves at ten o'clock. I originally went for diving and didn't expect much from the hotel. Unexpectedly, the hotel was an unexpected surprise. The reception staff on the island were very enthusiastic. They were all smiling from the moment we picked people up from the pier. The scene was very much like being in Madai. One island and one hotel, the environment is very good, the architectural style is a bit like Six Senses, but for me the one drawback is that the room does not have air conditioning, although it is not very hot. The hotel provides three meals a day, but the catering is relatively simple, probably because there are not many guests and it is not a buffet. Each meal has three dishes, a salad, a main dish, and a seasonal vegetable. The taste is basically good. Dinner and dessert included ice cream. The owner and management of the resort are also very friendly. We drank and chatted at the rock bar and had dinner together. Finally, the important point is that I came here to dive, and I can say that this diving resort is definitely the best without even comparing it to Cologne Wreck Diving. Due to its unique geographical location, all dive shops in the town have to take more than an hour to get there by boat, and every person who dives can only hang out on the boat waiting for the next dive. Living here is different. The dive sites are all around the resort. You come back to rest after every dive. It feels like a PG. It is very comfortable and is especially friendly to people with seasickness. The dive guide Josh is a funny big boy. I also want to thank his father Ronaldo from Neptune Dive for recommending such a good diving resort to me.

I stayed there 5 nights. The front staff was very kind and friendly. The restaurant was good. I like the atmosphere. I could ask to keep my beer on their fridge as I didn't have it at my room. Speaking of my room, it was specious but a bit difficult to reach because I need to climb many stairs. However, if I need a hair dryer, I could ask the staff through ” what's up”, which was really convenient for me. Thank you Camila and one another ready.

It's a basic few frills hotel that's perfect for us in its own way. It's right t on the highway, but interestingly quiet. The room is just right sized with a comfortable firm bed and clean, like I said - basic - who the heck comes to Coron to spend time in a room??? The staff is just really helpful and accommodating to our inquiries and needs. Just treat them like humans... I noticed some travelers who don't even have any respect... these people work hard. Anyways, the place is literally at the foot of Mount Tapyas so it was a challenging hike for 2 retired overweight seniors. Jaicobs is also a block away from Calle Real - the main tourist thoroughfare and the municipal building which housed the police and fire stations, so we felt compketely safe. Cafes, and restaurants also almost 10 steps away and we never had a problem choosing. One block away from San Agustin church, and theres an ATM across the street. I would highly recommend the place. It's reasonable and comfortable.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. The family room was quite small, and unfortunately, there were several insects that appeared to bite us, possibly mosquitoes. The hotel also does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for guests carrying heavy luggage, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities. There are quite a lot of stairs—not only going up to the lobby and the rooms, but also to the rooftop bar and restaurant located on the 6th floor. The cleanliness of the common areas also needs improvement. The stairs leading to the lobby were not very clean, and there was even dog poop in the area during our stay. On the positive side, the staff were nice and accommodating. The service was good whenever we needed assistance. I also appreciated having a water dispenser with both hot and cold water available on every floor. The location is very convenient, as the hotel is close to the tour assembly area and surrounded by coffee shops, cafés, and restaurants. Overall, while the location and staff were good, I would not recommend this hotel for guests with heavy luggage, senior citizens, or PWDs because of the many stairs. The hotel would also benefit from improvements in cleanliness and pest control.

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

So-so. As soon as we arrived, we were checked into a ground-floor room with a view of a wall – just a concrete wall, no light at all. We immediately asked to be moved, and the woman at reception said that's the room we booked! I opened my booking on my phone and showed her we'd reserved a room on floors 2-4. Only then, with a very displeased look, did she offer us a room on the third floor with a view of a hillside where roosters and locals live in makeshift shacks. It's a shame that neither the room descriptions nor reviews mentioned anything about the location of the standard rooms; otherwise, we would have paid an extra 2k for a room with a balcony. The air conditioning was EXTREMELY loud, creaking and buzzing so much that we had to sleep with earplugs. The bathroom smelled putrid; you couldn't stay in there for long. The safe stopped working twice because the batteries died. They replaced them twice, and they only lasted half a day. After that, we just gave up and hid everything in our suitcases. Toothbrushes were never replenished. Breakfasts were also very meager. Food is served once, meaning that once a dish is empty, it stays empty until the end of breakfast. If you didn't manage to get some, you're out of luck for the day. Fruits and muffins disappear the fastest. On the first day, we arrived an hour before breakfast ended, and there were no fruits left at all. There are only 8 sun loungers by the pool for the entire hotel, so naturally, there were absolutely no spots available. The pool isn't cleaned either; in the area where the sun hits it most of the day, the water at the bottom is murky. The only positives are the location and relative cleanliness (the bed linen was clean, and the plumbing too). Upstairs, there's a beautiful restaurant with views of the entire bay and city. The waiters are very friendly, and the food is decent, especially compared to what we ate in town, and it's relatively inexpensive.

The hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to all the restaurants within 10-15 mins. The hotel itself is okay. The staffs are nice and the room is comfortable. The bathroom are great and shower has good water pressure. In terms on cleanliness, that could be improved. Our bedsheet and pillow cases have some stains but nothing too bad. The towel doesn’t smell so fresh but again, not a big issue. In general, an okay hotel to stay in coron, definitely convenient and comfortable. Our room and the rooftop have a nice view as well.

I really love the location of this hotel, specially when you are with kids. The room is spacious. Perfect for family or friends vacation. The receptionist are kind and always smiling 😃

Great hotel at an affordable price with the best view! The location is very convenient, close to the main street, but not in a noisy place, you need to walk about 10 minutes, or take a transfer from the hotel, which leaves every 30 minutes. Breakfast is varied and tasty; pancakes and omelettes are prepared upon request. If you are choosing a place to swim in the pool, it is better not here, it is too warm here and with a large amount of chlorine. The hotel is not new, but overall everything is good, they clean it every day! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it 😍
