3-Star Hotels in Lalitpur

The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems. All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for. Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!

Located in the middle of Patan and very accessible. The location of the hotel is difficult to understand with advance information, and get off the motorcycle taxi at the address location. The pink arrow in the photo is K2home. The blue one is a cafe. The entrance is locked, so if you press the bell in the blue part, the family will show your face from the purple part. It feels very good. There is also a water server, but there is a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. It is not possible to get hot water, but it does not fall until the blind of one shower room is done, so it is difficult when showering or toilet

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

A quaint hotel situated in the Patan area of Katmandhu close to a bustling (in some cases too bustling) market area and some beautiful temples. We were upgraded upon arrival which we were most garteful for as it meant one less set of stairs to navigate - all of the restaurants and cafes in the area have very tight access to upper floors. The room was nice however the shower didn't have sufficient pressure for a decent wash. All in all the hotel was good value for money.

This is my second time staying at this hotel If you are in Patan, I recommend this place It's about 15 minutes' walk from Patan Durbar. I like to walk there and sit there at night. The hotel is on the main road, so it is much more convenient to take a taxi than in other places. This is what I like very much. The hotel staff can speak English and communicate well. They will try their best to help me. I want to change money. After showing me the way, they found that I went the wrong way and walked a long way to chase me and take me to the right place.

A Perfect Home Away From Home! We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Mandevilla Home in Lalitpur and cannot recommend it enough! The Location: Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet residential area, yet incredibly convenient. Shops and great restaurants are just a short, easy walk away. The Apartment: Exceptionally spacious! It was wonderful having a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The Hospitality: The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even delivering a delicious breakfast straight to our apartment. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Kathmandu!

The place is a bit off road and was difficult to locate. The rooms are neat and clean. Towels have seen better days. There is no restaurant and food is ordered through an outside hotel for which a menu is available in the room. This also means there is no way to order hot beverages like tea or coffee. A common kitchen is available if you feel like making your tea or coffee yourself. I didn't check for utensils though. A fair place with a few limitations.

VERY GOOD STAFF AND KIND BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CITY

It is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable. The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years. It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.

Very good location, close to Dubar Square. Staffs are very helpful. Giving me a lot of extra info about my travel in Nepal.
