3-Star Hotels in Queretaro

Great hotel, the location is very convenient, the bus terminal is only 15 minutes away. There is a la comer supermarket diagonally opposite, the price is very good, there are ATMs in each bank, there are supermarkets' own cafes and small restaurants, things are not bad, there are salesmen who can speak English. Behind the hotel is an ordinary residential area, very ordinary, a little dirty, but Mexico is not like this, some small restaurants, not bad. The room is quite good, personally feel that the pillows are relatively high haha

今回の利用は、近くに住む身内を訪ねての一人旅でした。スペイン語がほとんど喋れない中でホテルの方にはご迷惑もお掛けしたかと思いますが、翻訳アプリを利用するなど柔軟な対応をしていただき非常に助かりました。ありがとうございました。welcomeボードや朝ご飯のサービスなどホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。エアコンも付いており、快適に過ごせました。セントロにあるホテルなので立地も最高です。ケレタロに寄ることがあれば、是非また利用させていただきたいです。その時は、もう少しまともにスペイン語が話せるようになっていたいです！

El hotel es muy bonito, buena ubicación en el centro, muy limpio y el servicio bueno, lo único malo es que no ofrecen servicio de estacionamiento y los pocos lugares que tienen disponibles adentro no se los prestan a cualquiera

The location is in the center of the old town and it is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants and Bars next to it, which is especially convenient for eating or shopping. The design of the entire hotel and the layout of the room have left a particularly deep impression on me. I didn't expect that the price of about 1,000 can live in this type of resort hotel, which is particularly satisfactory. The last thing to boast is breakfast. The room rate does not include breakfast. I go to the restaurant on Monday to Friday to order food. I order it now and eat how much I eat. There is a super rich buffet on the weekend for two days. I have an appointment with customers to eat together on Sunday. Everyone is very satisfied with the food.

チェックインは3時からであったが、私たちは11時に到着したので、荷物を預かってもらうつもりで、フロントに声を掛けたら、なんと、部屋が空いているので、今からでもよいと言っていただけたので、大変助かったし、少し部屋でくつろいでから、市内観光に徒歩で出かけることができた。臨機応変の対応に感謝します。 立地はバス停の前であるし、ケレタロの主要な見学地の近くであるので、大変便利です。 残念だったのは、シャワーの温度が十分上がらなかったことと、トイレにいくと、灯がつき、換気扇が割と大きな音で回るので、夜中にトイレに行ったら、同伴者を起こしてしまったことが、残念でした。私たちが利用した部屋だけの問題なのかもしれません。部屋は十分すぎるぐらいひろかったです。 朝食はビッフェで、いろいろな料理がありました。*料理を注文してつくってもらいましたが、オムレツがおいしくて、自分は2皿もいただいてしまいました。ウエイトレスさんたちがキビキビ動いて、気持ちよかったので、チップを50ペソ置いてきました。

Excellent restaurant 👌 😉 staff in general super but super friendly , I am widely recommending , very nice rooms , good location clear that would come back, gave me room with view to the hostel

It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

The room is not too big, it is enough Facilities: Safe, very practical Hygiene: OK, basically satisfied Environment: The geographical position is superior, it is the biggest highlight, you must like 👍 Service: OK, the front desk and cleaning are good

The location is good but the amenities are limited. The service and breakfast are great. I recommend for any fellow travelers with time to ride bear the city.

Great location, just at the historical center of Queretaro. Rooms appears to be old, and not the most comfortable to sleep due to a lot of light leakage.
