The pool was packed with children. The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food. The food was mediocre. The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross. Overall wouldn’t go back again:(

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

This hotel is my favorite in Mazatlán to go with my family, it is very pleasant the place, very friendly staff, a quiet place to rest, the restaurant the exquisite buffet, the Sundays of very tasty brunch. Hotel limpio, bonito, junto a la playa, buen servicio, agua caliente baño y camas comodas, las almohadas un poco duras, desayuno que incluyó mi reserva no fue tan bueno, es mejor comer fuera si quieres algo especial, pero para algo simple y ahorrar esta bien.
