In general a nice clean place , great view from our room. Nice attentive staff (most of them). Main problem for us and our friends is the extremely loud music at the pool (you can hear it at floor 9 and 10 with window closed!)
Hard to relax, read or talk to each other or enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We wont come here next time because of that. I even checked 3 other nice hotels in the area and they had music too but it was background music, which makes total sense. Thanks. S.B.

It’s lovely property however not geared toward English speaking guests. We had challenges communicating at the front desk, coffee shop and with the housekeeping staff. We found the wait staff around the pool were the easiest to communicate with. They supplied just 2 bath towels in the room but did bring extra when asked. They missed making up our room one day and though we tried to arrange a time for them to solve the problem, they never showed up. We did enjoy the pool area and it’s a lovely beach to walk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was nice, room was clean, and the check-in process was quick. It has 2 pools where they serve food and drinks at a reasonable price and food is decent. They have a buffet on the property but it was over priced and not worth it. I liked that the hotel is really close to the beach, you walk down one set of stairs and you are on the beach and they also serve food and drinks on the beach. It’s in area where you can walk to get food, drinks and they even have some night clubs at walking distance. Will stay again when I go back!

Rooms and lobby very clean, great parking we love it since we had our own car, the only recommendation is related to the swimming pool area, the Chaise Lounges are clean in the mornings but as the day past they start to be dirty with food all over, so these Chaise Lounges are not in good conditions in the afternoon/evening usually the best time to be by the pool.

The place is nice and new we saw many cockroaches in our room I reported to the lobby and they did not care about that.

The only thing upsetting was we were awaken in the early morning by staff who opened our room door. Good thing we had the safety latch on. They claim they were bringing us towels at 4 A.M.
