CChingExpressing our deepest satisfaction for the wonderful services provided by Casa. We have this bright and cosy room on the 2nd floor. What makes us leaving this positive comment is the service!
The moment we arrived the staff has arranged Porter to get us up the hotel. As we stayed 1 night for Fes the next day, the reception helped me call the transport service to make sure the time and location and correct. Additionally, we have a takeaway breakfast prepared!

Highly recommended! A beautiful riad with a rooftop that offers stunning views, and the lobby is incredibly Instagram-worthy.
The service is excellent— they even picked us up right when we got out of the taxi and helped carry our luggage.
We were lucky to get an upgrade to a spacious and lovely room, and the heated bed was very useful during the winter season.
When we had to leave early in the morning, they even prepared breakfast for us to take away.
We were so happy staying here!

HHongmengongjiangThe hotel is in a good location, only a 10 minute walk to the old town. The boss and his family are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The room is very big and clean. Free parking is a plus. Sincerely recommend staying here.

ЕЕлена СолоThe hotel isn't bad, it matches the photos. It's a good option for those with a car. There's parking right in front of the hotel. It's a motel. Without a car, it's not a good option; walking, while not far, is very inconvenient.
The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Juice, tea, and coffee were included. Everything in the photo, plus eggs.
I didn't like that there was no duvet cover, just a sheet under the blanket. There are so many authentic places in Morocco. I also didn't like that there were no utensils at all. But we asked reception for cups and spoons, and they gave us some.

LLucky 80I didn't expect this. The owners are great. Hotels aren't that clean, but this one is a real pleasure to visit. The linens are spotless, the furniture isn't broken, and the interior is beautiful. Special thanks for the terrace! The views are stunning. The food is excellent. Before the walk, I ordered a burger, and it was very good. Afterwards, I ordered a tagine, tuna salad, and a fresh juice. Very tasty and decent. My impression is definitely an A+!!! Respect and good luck to the guys!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the middle of the old city, very close to the square, 5 minutes walk from the car park. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace. The view and angle of the sunset on the terrace are very good!

孙孙COCO的老公The sanitary conditions of the family hotel are average. I haven't cleaned it when I went there. I feel that no one has lived in it for a long time. There is no air conditioner and only an electric fan. The head shaking function is still broken. The toilet is close to the shower pool. The water flow on my head is very small, and there are very slippery white tiles under my feet, one square meter, I feel that it is not safe to stand in the bath, so this is the only place where I did not take a bath during my trip to Morocco, although I sweated a lot.
