Guest UserThis was my first visit to Suwon, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, looked just like the photos, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. I arrived late, but check-in was easy, and the staff were very kind and helpful even though I don’t speak Korean. One evening, I wanted to order Korean fried chicken but couldn’t use the local delivery apps, so the front desk helped me place the order. I really appreciated their help and enjoyed eating the chicken in my room. There are restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and it was easy to take a taxi to Suwon Hwaseong. I would stay here again.

The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

The room condition was almost exactly as shown in the photos. The bedding was neat and tidy, which made a great first impression. ❤️ The mattress was firm enough to sleep well without sinking in. The jacuzzi was large and deep, making it a great place to soak. It's the best!
Overall, it's a great value, and it's perfect for those who value cleanliness and practicality. :)

This was my first trip to Suwon to cheer on a soccer away game. I don't have any photos of the accommodation, but the room was clean and the staff at the counter were friendly, so I had a good stay. However, the parking lot is not large, so some people may feel uncomfortable because they share the parking lot of a hospital near the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied~

The location when you click the map icon on trip.com is incorrect, just search the hotel name or input address manually. That’s a trip.com error however, not on the hotel. It was in a good location and was fairly priced, seems like maybe an old love hotel type but spacious and does the job for a couple of nights, maybe not best if staying longer term.

Guest UserI arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price.
Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

I had a very good rest! Even in the middle of heavy snowfall, the room was very warm. I really like warm rooms in winter. I would love to stay here again! It's a little far away from the bus terminal and from the train station, but it was possible to get to these places via the bus services. I loved the nearby walls/fort.

The water didn't drain well, the toilets were all empty and there was only one, there was mold on the walls, and the toilet was separate so it smelled bad. The location was good.

The host didn't give me door password, i arrived around 9pm and luckily i have Korean friend who able to call him for the password. The host agree check out 1130am, but 11am thre cleaning lady already and just open the door eventhough she knew from shoes outside the guest haven't check out. Other than this issue, i actually like the place, the vibe was good.
