I had an excellent stay at a hotel in Daegu, perfectly located for convenience and easy access to the city’s highlights. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring. The reception lady was warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered a generous mix of Korean noodles and others, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. For those driving, the carpark was spacious, secure, and hassle-free. Altogether, this hotel combines comfort, service, and location — a truly reliable choice for anyone or family visiting Daegu.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. However, I feel the front desk staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. A warmer attitude from the team would really elevate the overall guest experience. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning, especially for the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the property.

Highly recommend this guesthouse! It's close to Banwoldang Station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The staff can communicate in both Chinese and English. The toilet, shower, and hair-drying areas are all separate, so you don't have to queue or feel cramped. The water pressure and temperature for showering are consistently good. The indoor air conditioning is comfortable. Plus, the rent is cheap, offering great value for money. It's perfect for solo travelers on a budget.

It's great value for money, very economical. The room has a large bathtub, and the bathroom even has sauna steam – it's wonderful! I bought a bath bomb and enjoyed two relaxing baths. The room is spacious, the internet is excellent, and the open-air glass roof lets in plenty of sunlight. There are convenience stores and various restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The subway exit is just about 200 meters to the right after you exit the room – Donggu Hall Station. It's very close to Dongdaegu Train Station. You can walk to the train station, and there's a Lotte Department Store shopping plaza near the train station. The subway station itself has all sorts of delicious food and shopping options.

We took an early flight and arrived at the hotel just after 7 a.m. We contacted the landlord through Line and he immediately responded and asked us to send our luggage first. If anything happened, he would call back immediately and solve it immediately. It was great! The building has a large appearance and is easy to recognize. It is very close to the bus station and subway station. It is very close to shopping and shopping. The room has everything you need at an affordable price. It has a 5-star rating! Highly recommend!!

They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions and ensured my stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of Korean and international dishes, which was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. The dining area was cozy and well-maintained. Hotel Noblestay offers fantastic value for its central location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations. I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.

I stayed here for a conference but it seems there were quite a few Brown Dot Hotels in the vicinity with different standards. As new visitors to S.Korea, many of the conference participants got confused and stayed at various locations. This one was just average. A lot further away from the venue. The room was just average and the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was served in a very small room behind the reception with very limited options of toast, kimchi and noodles. The hotel served it's purpose of having somewhere to rest during the conference.

Great value for money. I was worried because I saw a review that hot water did not come out, but it is worth using as it is. But the faucet is different, so you can turn it on here and there. There is a coffee pot, a dryer, no pajamas, good bedding. There's noodles on the first floor.

The hotel was good enough for one night. However, the check in process was quite difficult for a foreigner who doesn't speak any Korean, so make sure you have your translation apps handy! The room itself smelled a bit like cigarettes. I'm not sure if I accidentally booked a smoking room, but I assume I didn't since my reservation didn't say as such. There was also no natural light in the room. While there was a window, it was covered in some kind of plastic film. The hallway was also completely dark. The bathroom and toilet were excellent, and so was the little bag of amenities offered. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good enough for a one night stay, but wouldn't come again!
