3-Star Hotels in Daegu

I booked a stay during my family trip, but the boss is so friendly and the facilities are so clean and the breakfast is very well prepared~^^ And there are many restaurants around (beef restaurant Miu main store) I will book my next trip to Daegu here without any conditions ~ ^^

We enjoyed our stay. Thankfully, the staff/ owner allowed us to check in earlier. Spacious room. Clean. Theres a coffee machine and water dispenser on the ground level. Has breakfast and the spread, though limited is very local. We enjoyed it. Laundry room! Awesome! Good restaurants and cafes all around. Other things to consider.. 1. 20mins walk from the bus terminal. The pavements are not exactly easy to drag ur luggages. Take a cab or bus. Probably easier.

The room was spacious enough for two large and two small suitcases, and importantly, this hostel has an elevator! It's very convenient, and the location is also excellent! We found the actual location based on a previous review. The lady at the front desk downstairs speaks excellent English! There were absolutely no communication barriers throughout our stay! We were four girls staying on the 4th floor, but the common area on the 4th floor is only for males, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, you can't shower between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM, which is a bit inconvenient for a night owl like me. Overall, though, I highly recommend it!

Positives: -Is within 6min walk from exco exhibition centre. -Beds are made everyday -water provided -room is spacious Neutral: -convenience store not in same street Cons: -no laundry or dry cleaning services, only ironing board provided. -no laundry stand up styler in room -massage chair has stains… see photo attached :/ Overall for the price, it’s decent. Didn’t try the breakfast options.

What a perfect place to stay to visit this City. Host was impeccable in answering questions and providing assistance- easily contactable throughout the stay. Although small apartment had all things I need full size fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Great size Tv with loads of channels and Netflix. Very comfortable bed. Lots of food options close, so you don’t need to cook at home. Subway line 1 is a 2 min walk from front door. No key or access card everything is with access codes, made life very easy. To top it all off Wifi was very fast without any issues. Thank you, I had a great stay, highly recommend especially as it was value for money.

I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.

Stayed here for a visit during Christmas in Daegu, more like a love motel for young couples

The parking lot is small, so when I arrived at 10:30 PM, it was full, so I parked on the street nearby. Even though there's a main entrance, I could still hear noises coming from the hallway. I heard a clattering sound, presumably the sound of a cleaning cart moving around, several times in the morning, maybe four or five times, as if it was moving back and forth.

It's clean and clean overall, probably because it's renovated. I went to Ginga Minga because there was no review, but it was newly opened and the exchange changed. I rested so warmly. The boss is friendly and the parking lot is good. There is also food around, so you can walk out and eat.

Great value for money. I was worried because I saw a review that hot water did not come out, but it is worth using as it is. But the faucet is different, so you can turn it on here and there. There is a coffee pot, a dryer, no pajamas, good bedding. There's noodles on the first floor.
