Great location near shuttle bus stops to the ski slopes. Affordable and good especially the western style rooms. Friendly staff that will help you and make it feel homey and welcomed.

The location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient But it's okay for self-driving tours It takes 4.5 hours to drive from Narita Airport to the hotel Check in was already past 12 am The hotel staff checked us in after work But it was snowing, and some mountain roads in the snow were not open and not fenced off We walked in by mistake because the closed mountain roads were not cleared of snow The car got stuck in the snow Luckily it was not far from the hotel The hotel staff quickly helped us tow the car The hotel service was very good, very satisfied There was a cooking stove and tableware in the room Very convenient. The snow outside the hotel is so beautiful that I don’t want to leave

I had a wonderful time relaxing at this onsen after the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a tea ceremony set in the room. The dinner and breakfast (kaiseki) were delicious!

Good boss, if I didn’t order a meal, I also sent me a quick meal in the morning and evening.
