3-Star Hotels in Omachi

The accommodation was clean and spacious, but the only downside was there was no elevator 😆. However, the staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage, which was very considerate. Our bags were heavy, and it was an older male staff member who carried them for us. We felt extremely grateful. There is an onsen bath available for guests to use, separated for men and women 😊.

The location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient But it's okay for self-driving tours It takes 4.5 hours to drive from Narita Airport to the hotel Check in was already past 12 am The hotel staff checked us in after work But it was snowing, and some mountain roads in the snow were not open and not fenced off We walked in by mistake because the closed mountain roads were not cleared of snow The car got stuck in the snow Luckily it was not far from the hotel The hotel staff quickly helped us tow the car The hotel service was very good, very satisfied There was a cooking stove and tableware in the room Very convenient. The snow outside the hotel is so beautiful that I don’t want to leave

I had a wonderful time relaxing at this onsen after the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a tea ceremony set in the room. The dinner and breakfast (kaiseki) were delicious!

The counter speaks English and is very kind. The proprietress is super enthusiastic. Although the proprietress does not speak English and only speaks Japanese, she can feel his sincerity! Super experience! One berth and two foods are also very good! If you have the opportunity, you will go live again!
