3-Star Hotels in Niigata City

The rooms are clean and breakfast is free. The food was delicious. I often travel on business, so I plan to stay here again next time.

I used this hotel for a trip to attend a live concert. I arrived around 10 PM on a weekday, and the parking lot was full, so I parked in a nearby coin-operated parking lot. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The rice balls and miso soup for breakfast were delicious. The rice balls were small, came in many varieties, and were easy to eat. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have another opportunity to travel for a concert.

Clean and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, parking is also convenient. In short, it is highly recommended for parents and children. If you drive in Xinyi, choose this one, the service is great!

The hotel was dated, using the physical key system for the room. Amenities were lacking compared to many other hotels. Room heating worked well but the water temperature was unstable. The room was dark even with all lights switched on.

It's easily accessible, about a 6-minute walk from Niigata Station. Free parking is available. The rooms are clean. Some amenities are selectable. Guests receive a discount coupon for a chest spa facility located a 1-minute walk away.

The hotel itself is not bad. When I checked in, because the Japanese hotels were very rigid, I needed to wait until three o'clock to check in. I went to store my luggage in the morning and then continued to travel. The room is still a bit small, especially a lot of items need to be picked up on the first floor, which is slightly inconvenient; The heated microwave oven is not on the floor of the room I stayed in, a bit tossing! The breakfast is really good, the restaurant has a good view and the food is rich and delicious. But the opening time of the big bath is not understandable, men can't take a bath in the morning~ can be at night! I checked out late at noon, and the front desk also charged me two hours more. In fact, it didn't take that long, so the overall impression was greatly reduced!

It is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂

The cost performance is great. Water from the vending machine is only ¥100, and they also have lotions and other items.

This was my first stay here, and the service was truly impeccable. The selection of amenities available at the front desk, along with the welcome drinks, was very generous. It rained throughout our two-day visit, but the staff were very accommodating and kindly lent us umbrellas. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.
