It was very disappointing that there was no guide on how to check in. Even on the day of the check-in method was not sent, and I thought that there was a description when I arrived at the site, but there was no description. After that, when I made an inquiry by phone, there was already an announcement that the business was closed at 16:00 pm, and I was forced to send an email. At that time, there was a cleaning person at the right time, and I was able to explain the situation and open it, but after that, the reply of the email came back around 18:00. After that, when I opened the email, the first check-in method came out and the key PIN was sent. I happened to have a cleaning person come this time, so I got nothing, but I think the check-in method should be sent in advance.

建物の外観は古く、食事もバイキング。安いから仕方ないと思いましたが見事に外れました。客室も浴室も清掃が行き届きており、スタッフの皆さんも気持ちの良い接客でした。何より夕食の質が良かったです。この価格でこの料理ならもっと評価されても良いのでは？多くの宿を泊まり歩いておりますが、口コミを書こうと思えたのは初めてかもしれません。那須どうぶつ王国に行く時はまたお世話になりたいホテルでした。

I was so glad I was able to book accommodation during the May holidays 😊 The guesthouse was a very homey place to stay, reasonably priced, and perfectly adequate for just sleeping. There seemed to be many baths, but they were located directly below my room, and I was startled by the loud noises. No wonder it said bathing was only allowed until 10 pm! I don't think I could have slept all night (lol). It was a breakfast-included plan, but the landlady said she got up at 5 am to prepare it, though it wasn't as elaborate as I expected. Besides soggy rice and a vegetable stew, there was a little bit of stir-fried food*, a vegetable salad, half a slice of thin ham, and some snacks that looked like they were from a wholesale supermarket, so I thought it was about what you'd expect for the price. The landlady seemed like a very kind person, and she was running the place almost entirely by herself. I hope she takes care of her health while continuing to work. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced trip to Nasu Highlands.

Even if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good. The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good. There is also a dinosaur monument, so I think children can enjoy it. By the way, it is free for children under 12 to sleep together, but there is usually an extra charge.
