3-Star Hotels in Miyazaki City

It had been a while since my last stay. The day-use hot springs I'd visited a few years ago were no longer available, so this time I booked an overnight stay to enjoy the bedrock bath and hot springs. The changing rooms were very clean, and there was even a coin laundry inside, so I could relax in the bath while waiting. Any requests or issues were handled promptly, making for a pleasant experience throughout my entire stay. I would definitely like to visit again.

The bath was on the smaller side, but it wasn't crowded and was very comfortable. The welcome drink corner on the first floor, where you could sample different alcoholic beverages, was a fun experience. The fact that the hair dryers and showerheads were ReFa products is also a nice touch, especially for women. The location is in a bar district, so it's perfect for those who enjoy drinking.

Great view for the sea view room. Private onsen not very convenient if us a raining day cause need to walk out if the building. As we came back late a bit late and most local restaurant need to book in advance. The hotel is kind to help us to reserve a table for us. The restaurant actually was full but the room was big enough to share a table with the local.

It was close to the bus stop and the downtown area, and within walking distance of Miyazaki Station. It was also nice that it had a large public bath. I would like to use it again.

It is within walking distance to the beach in Qingdao, and I think it is the best if you are looking for sightseeing in Qingdao. The rooms, baths and toilets were clean. The TV was also YouTube and Netflix compatible, and it also comes with poppin Aladdin, so I enjoyed watching idol videos on YouTube ^_^ There is no DVD or Blu-ray player, so bring a PC and HDMI cable. I was able to appreciate it. The bed is comfortable in the bedroom on the 1st floor, but the futon in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor was a thin mattress and a duvet, and I felt that there was a little difference.

The affiliated parking fee was 1,000 yen per night, and you could enter and exit freely, but you had to take your parking ticket to the front desk each time you entered and exited. The location is very good, so I think 1,000 yen per night is cheap. The free drink bar has a wide selection of shochu, fruit liqueurs, charcoal water, and ice, so you can make a variety of chuhai and cocktails by combining them. The natural hot spring is not large (it can fit 5 or 6 people), but it is clean and the quality of the spring is good. The free breakfast buffet has a decent variety of side dishes and freshly baked bread, all of which are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious. Overall, it feels like a business hotel with a lot of service. It was clean, the front desk was kind and polite, and it was a comfortable stay. However, there is only one elevator that can accommodate about 10 people, and the emergency stairs are not open, so it gets crowded around 8:30 in the morning. Someone I met at the hotel said that if there are many group guests staying, you may have to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes.

Miyazaki Kanko Hotel stands along Tachibana Koen-dori Street (1-1-1 Matsuyama, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, 880-8512) overlooking the Oyodo River. It is a large, well-established hotel. There is a large hot spring bath on the first floor of the West Wing, and on the second floor is Shokusai Kenbi Ichiboku Ichiso, where the breakfast buffet is located. A dinner buffet is also available. The hotel is old, so there is nothing new about it, but the rooms are spacious, the utility room is spacious, and the bathtub is also large. There is only an AC outlet for power, no USB, and the AC at the desk has to be plugged in through a wall socket at the foot of the desk, which gives it a sense of history, but this is not a problem.

Good location. Within easy walking distance to the beach. Boards can be rented. Unfortunately, a group of travelers did not respect the quiet rule in the sleeping area. It was quite loud for the duration of my stay. I would hope the hostel enforces the rules more strictly in the future.

When I called about the parking lot before check-in, I was very polite and thanked the staff for prompt guidance to the parking lot in the rain. I felt that I was worried about giving me towels at the reception. Also, when I received the key to the room but I couldn't know where I put it because of the large amount of luggage, the staff bothered to go to the front of the room and search for it. I was able to spend very comfortable without a disgusting face even though I was inconvenient. It was written that the water in the bath could be used as drinking water, and it was safe to use. There's only one, but once I find out that there are some small insects in the chest of drawers in the room or in the open chest of drawers where I put clothes on, I can't put clothes on. I was sorry. I would like to use it again if I have another chance. Thank you.

Traditional Japanese styled room. The ups are: quiet, location, space, small zinc, shaving razors, fan, lamp, hot bathtub. Downs: the bathtub and toilet are public areas. However, it is winter: barely anyone was at the hotel. I enjoyed public privacy 😁
