The room is very large, the health is OK, with a bathtub, the hotel is on the roadside of the airport highway, the boss is very good, whether you go to the hotel from the train station or the airport, remember to call the boss, the boss can drive for free to pick up, can save a sum, the boss will not English, Call and remember to ask the Japanese for help

The room is super big and very new. I know Japanese a little. The two responsible staff can be very friendly and detailed in Japanese to explain check-in, borrow family style, meal time and other details, and feel at home. The most worth mentioning is the food of one berth and two meals. From dinner to breakfast, you can eat the quality of the ingredients, the cooking heart, the portion is also satisfying, not too full and tired, everything is just right.

The environment is good. Maybe it’s because of winter, but there’s no loud noise. It’s quite peaceful. In order to not have to look for food around, I decisively decided to stay there and have two meals. Dinner was Kaiseki cuisine. I always thought I had a big appetite. Good guy. I'm so full of this meal! Although the portions are small, they add up to a small amount 😂😂. The breakfast is also good and beautiful, but the soup is not good, it is too salty. You can have a cup of coffee after eating☕️. The single hot spring room can be used by families or couples alone. There is a shopping street next to it, so those who want to buy things can have multiple choices.

My expectation is to have a bathroom inside and a private Onsen in the afternoon and morning. But hotel policy provides only private Onsen in the afternoon. The hotel food is perfect and has a nice taste. A staff can speak English very well and is helpful.

I think I had been charge twice in my credit card for this booking since i had used my credit card when I booked this room,but then the hotel charge me again ¥6,560 uppon check in. I thought the amount will be return upon check out since trip.com advice me regarding this amount but I did not receive the amount after check out.Here is a proof of hotel payment that I made again upon check in

超讚的秘湯溫泉（這家旅館是秘湯溫泉守成員）！我們入住天泉房型，這家溫泉旅館是每個房間都有內湯、露天湯池的，在房間就超享受，晚餐、早餐也好好吃，剛好紅葉季，真的超美！！愛泡湯的我們也去了大露天湯池也是很舒服。
